Catalan Paella Feast Master Cooking Workshop
Description
This is a hands on cooking workshop where you will have my undivided attention. We have a lot of fun and work as a team to create 6 unique Catalan dishes. 2 starters, 2 main courses ad 2 desserts. With my help you will discover the unique flavors of Catalan cooking while learning about traditional ways of life in Catalunya. As part of this class we will visit the world famous La Boqueria covered market where we will choose our ingredients. Printed recipes are provided so you can recreate these dishes at home. A traditional Cava will be served as we enjoy our cooking efforts. Please note food allergies or special requirements. Please message for information. Do not call.

I would highly recommend this cooking of a traditional Catalonia meal with Hana to anyone interested in a delightful and entertaining afternoon! Hana is a very knowledgeable instructor and explains each step in preparing this delicious meal. My husband and I enjoyed our time with her in the market before our cooking session in her home kitchen. She told us the history behind the dishes we prepared and then ate. I hope others will give this experience a try and enjoy Hana’s company as much as we did.
