Terrible experience...the english speaking person didn't speak english well. We got to jetski, and the guy took my friend go out to show him how to drive the jetski (first time inexperienced which we told him). Didn't show him how to lean or what to do if there was any problems. Never explained that if you flipped the jetski you now needed to pay for the engine. After they came ro rescue they wanted my friend to stay in the water with the jetski, after pulling us out of the water. Then the locker that they charge you for someone had stuck something in it so they had to break the lock...the whole experience was bad!

In this case, the incident occurred after entering an area that had been identified as restricted during the safety briefing. When the jet ski overturned, our team immediately coordinated a rescue response and dispatched additional jet skis to reach your location and ensure everyone’s safety. Assisting guests in these situations is always our priority. It is also important to note that your group received approximately 30 additional minutes of riding time beyond the original reservation. The additional charge referenced in your review was for this extra time requested and used, not for the incident itself. Regarding the locker, no charge was made for its use. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lock issue, which was resolved immediately to ensure your belongings remained secure. We always strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points.
The Jetski was great and you get great views of the city and surrounding areas. Know that the water (during windy/raining season) is very choppy so it is very bumpy riding and hard to do full speed because of that. Also make sure you go to the right place, because there’s multiple people also selling jetski rentals that try to say they are the ones who you booked with but then say they don’t see the booking and demand payment. However, this tour company is very good and the people are very nice.

We had a mix up with the meeting location but they were patient and we still got to enjoy the full experience. So many thanks to this crew for showing my family and I a great time! Highly recommend!

The people were extremely friendly and nice. We had lots of fun. We booked the jet ski for 1 hour, but decided to keep it for an additional 30 minutes. I highly recommend
