This was a unique and perfect experience for me. I consider myself a culinary explorer, however I was unaware of the spicy alternatives that beautiful Colombia offers. So; accept the challenge! I was very surprised and from now on I will try to have an experience like this in every country I travel, although I think it will be difficult to find. If you are in Cartagena, be sure to do this one, it may be the only opportunity you have to do it, it is unique and very original.
