The tour starts at the Window to the World and continues along the Great Malecon of the River, where the city comes alive with lights, sculptures and cultural spaces. Then, the tour proceeds along the Via al Mar to Puerto Colombia to discover its coastal seawall, the historic Pier 1888 and the imposing illuminated Castillo de Salgar. This is not just a tour...
