Capri Small-Group Boat Day Tour from Sorrento

Lucas (and his wife) were incredible! We were unfortunately unable to go on our boat excursion due to weather, but still had such a great experience with them that I had to leave a review. Lucas waited as much as possible before deciding that the sea conditions were too risky for us to go, and was quick to offer rescheduling or a full refund. His wife, who did the pick up service for us, quickly came back to pick us up again and Lucas didn't even let us pay the fee for the pick up service either. They were both extremely kind and accommodating, quick to communicate with through messages, and overall more concerned with our safety than making money. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back, we will definitely be booking with Lucas again and recommending him to everyone.

They were not organized, I had to call the guy to see where he was he should give a point of reference for the meeting point, then he makes people wait for others because he doesn’t know where they are and who is going in which boat. The sandwich was really bad, didn’t taste like anything. They don’t offer the drinks you have to ask for it. I don’t know why it’s so expensive with Viator they charge you extra for the fuel and the entrance, it’s better to book a tour there, you can find many agencies that can take you.

If you want to visit Capri, then Lucca's boat is the way to do it. Luca and Marco made our day out to Capri memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Circumnavigated Capri with a friendly local crew stopping to swim, but Blue Grotto way too busy for us and didn't stop there, then a few hours on the island. Took a bus to Anacapri, and from there chairlift to look out over all the island. Great family business.

This was a great experience. Lucus’ boat is amazing! We had a great time and the people were so lovely and easy to contact. Would 100% recommend.

At first, we had a problem with Lucas; the captain who spoke Spanish did not come, and instead of admitting his mistake, he became defensive. After protesting, he got Vini, who was very nice, and the captain was also nice. We took 2 baths, one upon arriving in Capri, and another before departing for Sorrento. Vini was very kind and took us to where there were buses to go to Anacapri and recommended a restaurant. We were unable to visit the Blue Grotto; there was no option, as they said a lot of time is wasted in lines. They gave us potatoes and soft drinks and at the end a limoncello, but no sandwiches. In addition to the 310 that the excursion costs, we paid an additional 240 for fuel and the fee to board and disembark the boat. Good experience, with its nuances.

They are extremely experienced sailors who went out of there way to make us feels safe and have fun above all. Would recommend this to anyone.

My family really enjoyed this tour, and I seem to be the only one with mixed feelings. Francesco and the captain were very kind throughout the day and really tried to accommodate everyone. The boat was very clean, sandwiches and drinks were provided, we had two nice swimming stops, and overall we had a pleasant day. However, I feel the tour did not fully meet my expectations. The day started with a delay. We were supposed to meet Luca at 8:45 AM, but we did not see anyone until around 9:20 AM. During that time there was no communication or update about what was happening, which was frustrating and left us unsure on how the itinerary was going to be affected. I also booked this tour because it was advertised as being available in Spanish, but the tour was not conducted in Spanish. This was disappointing because it was one of the reasons I chose this company. The main issue for me was the Blue Grotto. I completely understand the recommendation to skip it because the waiting time can be long and spend more time in Capri instead. However, visiting the Blue Grotto was one of the main reasons I booked this tour. At one point, I asked if I could be dropped off and picked up later so I could decide for myself whether the wait was worth it, but this was not really considered. To be honest, I am still not sure at what point the decision to skip the Blue Grotto was made. I understand that decisions sometimes have to be made for the benefit of the group, and I appreciate that the crew was trying to give us the best experience possible. Still, I would have appreciated clearer communication and being more involved in this decision. Overall, Francesco and the captain were lovely, and my family had a great time. For me, though, the delay at the beginning, the language discrepancy, and missing out on one of the main attractions I was hoping to see meant that the experience did not fully live up to my expectations.

Very cool way to see the Island of Capri and spend a day on the water. We had Lucas, who had a good boat and singing voice. They gave free drinks and sandwiches. We got to swim twice and had a couple of hours on the island of Capri. Very fun experience and good music! Thank you!
