Itinerary
Meet your driver at 09:45 AM at Parking Achille Lauro in Sorrento, then transfer to the picturesque Porto di Piano di Sorrento for check-in and boarding. After a warm welcome from your skipper, set off along the coast, enjoying panoramic views as you cruise toward the island of Capri.
As you approach Capri, admire Marina Grande, the island's vibrant harbor and historic fishing village dotted with colorful houses.
On the way to Capri, stop briefly near the ancient Roman villa ruins at Bagni della Regina Giovanna, where history meets nature in a hidden swimming cove.
Sail along the island’s dramatic cliffs and explore Capri’s sea caves. Marvel at the bright limestone walls of the White Grotto and the sculptural formations inside the Marvelous Grotto.
Admire the striking emerald tones of the Green Grotto, where sunlight filters through the water, creating a dazzling underwater light show.
Cruise through the iconic Faraglioni sea stacks, the natural symbol of Capri — a must for that perfect postcard photo.
See the architectural masterpiece Villa Malaparte, perched dramatically on a cliff at Punta Massullo, reachable only by foot or sea.
Rounding the island’s southern tip, catch a glimpse of Punta Carena, home to one of Italy’s oldest and most powerful lighthouses.
Disembark at Marina Grande and enjoy approximately 4 hours of free time to explore the island at your own pace. Visit Piazzetta di Capri, ride the funicular, explore charming shops, or enjoy lunch with a view — your experience, your way.
After your time on land, reboard the boat for a relaxing cruise back to Sorrento. On board, enjoy a farewell limoncello tasting as you cruise back to the port of Sorrento — centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and transport connections.

What a horrible experience!!!! They didn’t pick us up until 45 minutes after the expected time. Then on the boat ride around Capri the boat skipper stopped at the Blue Grotto (not listed on the itinerary for the trip) and asked who wanted to go into the grotto. Only 5 of the 12 people wanted to go in the grotto ( which was a 1.5 hour wait and another 25 minute wait for the 5 people to arrive back at the boat). The boat skipper would not drop the rest of us off at the dock to go on the island so we only had 1 hour and 45 minutes on the island overall, despite the itinerary saying we would have four hours. When the tour started over an hour after the original time, we were assured we would still have the stated 7-8 hours on the excursion, we did not!!l I’ve sent a message and the operating agency for a refund but did not receive a response. Don’t waste your time on this company, I would take a ferry or boat taxi to the island instead!!!!! Horrible experience
The experience was great. The tide was high so we didn’t do the Grottos. We spent 4 hours exploring and got to experienced the chairlift and gardens on the Island. It was beautiful. Many many many shops to go into and shop. We also had a refreshing salad and a lemon sorbet while walking around the island. Please note that you must pay a port fee, bus fee, chairlift fee and garden entry fee. You will pay extra if you want to do the Grottos but since the tide was high, we didn’t do that. It was a small group of people (8) so we were able to get to know a little about each other. The guide talked about many things we saw around the island. They took us to a few different swimming and snorkeling spots. Essentially, the cost of the trip was for the boat, sandwiches and drinks with a knowledgeable tour guide. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great experience but €195 plus tip plus €25 port fee €25 unlimited bus rides €15 chair lift €2 garden entry. On our own we had a chicken ceaser salad and water €25 lemon sorbet €10. It’s expensive and very hot in July so you kinda have to pay for the air conditioned bus. It would have been nice to know about the extra cost ahead of time.
Our trip with captain Jack and the co-pilot Giovanni was fantastic, one the best experiences we had during this trip. They were both so so friendly and fun to have a ride with. They took us to the most beautiful sights and loved the little explanation from Giovanni, who was also a great DJ. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone visiting sorrento and have a day trip to capri. Thank you guys!
Giovanni and Jack are the best !!
Communication was great from Anna she was so happy and positive all day & although the captain had no English he was awesome too (really skilled boat driver). We had such a fun day!! We had 3 swimming spots the first one we got to swim through a cave!! The best day ever!! Note: blue grotto isn’t guaranteed due to the tides (it was closed this day) but this didn’t matter for us at all.
Lovely trip with a great boat to Capri, fantastic boat trip around the island perfect for the family
We had so much fun! Best trip since a long time. We loved the swimming, relaxed atmosphere onboard, the drinks, and the guide and captain were just amazing!
Recent and magnificent boat! Negative point: no precision in the description of the trip, which announces that the return takes place at another marina and without a return to the parking lot by bus/shuttle. Knowing the way (due to another excursion), we walked back. It would be desirable to specify this in the listing. Furthermore, "fees" of 10 euros per person in cash are requested before boarding... no details on this additional contribution.
The private boat operators were great entertaining my family through out the excursion and helpful. as to the Island of Capri beautiful but not enjoyable lack of shaded resting place and water fountains visitors.
A heartfelt thank you to Francesco and Alessandro for their professionalism, friendliness, and above all, their saintly patience in managing the energy of our party-loving group! Unforgettable day, really well done! 🥳⚓️
