The pilot was very much professional he flies 1100 meter and one of the higest among all ballons flying that time. He flew for 1 hour and best landing. Alhamdulillah highly recommended. Car driver was also very much professional and suoport all the time.

Simply amazing. I had a fear of hot air balloons, but this was something on my bucket list. They did such a wonderful job, from the communication and prep before the day of the tour, to the pickup on the morning of the flight, the help and communication they provided throughout, and even the communication after I was back at my hotel. The ride itself was absolutely smooth, comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. They will always be my top recommendation for anyone looking to book their hot air balloon experience.

An incredible experience from start to finish—5 out of 5, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Communication was excellent throughout, with updates sent via WhatsApp before and after the flight. The driver arrived exactly on time for our hotel pickup, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. We captured some amazing footage of the balloon being inflated, taking off, and flying, as well as stunning views of the surrounding landscape. After the flight, we celebrated with a non-alcoholic drink and were each presented with a certificate, which was a lovely touch. Once the balloon had landed, there was plenty of time to take photos before a smooth and seamless journey back to our hotel. A truly memorable experience, with great organisation and excellent service from beginning to end.
