morning logistic was bad. Tour was booked to start at 4:30 am but just a night before we were told to be ready at 3:40 am otherwise it will be no show for us. Driver came at 3:30. Viatour could not help. We did not get hot tea or cofe, no audio. we had to wait for half an hour at the launch zone cause ballon wasn't ready.
This was the most magical experience we’ve ever had! I am terrified of heights but felt incredibly safe the entire time. It is so much smoother than you expect it to be and the pilots are very skilled. The one thing with booking this is that the price is very deceiving and it would be nice if they put it down first. We got lucky and were able to go up first try! Could not recommend this tour more! This company also has a prettier ballon than most others.
It was a marvellous experience. Starting from pickup at exact time, Air Ballon ride, outstanding pilot, mesmerising scenes. Overall outstanding experience.

We were group of nine family members. The experience was wonderful starting from pick up at exact given time, watching the team inflating the balloon and the 1 hour marvellous flight. Would recommend certainly. A must do and excellent arrangements.

This review is for people who would like to go but are concerned about safety. I was a bit nervous going into the ride. On top of everything else, I don’t like heights. I knew the views would be amazing, and they were. Amazing. But the most impressive part was the skill of our pilot who moved us up, down and across a sea of other balloons with ease and precision. We descended into Love Valley meters below the top and glided among the trees and between the canyon walls, getting exactly as close as the pilot desired. He and his assistant were in complete control of the equipment, in constant contact with others around us, and totally aware of our surroundings. After this experience, I would do it again without trepidation.

Timely pickup, Turkish tea whilst balloon was prepared and an extremely safe and beautifully executed flight and landing! Views are breathtaking and a MUST on any bucket list. Even if you’re afraid of heights, the balloon feels very safe. Highly recommend.
