First stop is Göreme Panorama viewpoint where you will be astounded by one of the best views in the region. The guide will explain just how this amazing landscape came into existence.
Derinkuyu Underground City is the biggest and deepest underground settlement, dating back to 7th-8th centuries. Walk down 8 levels which are each interconnected by narrow tunnels and stone-carved stairways. See the winery, church, kitchens, food storage areas and animal stalls while your guide gives you an insight into their daily life.
take an easy 4km walk (approx. 1 hour) along the river through the deep Ihlara Valley canyon, scattered with cave churches carved by early Christian monks. Enjoy a Turkish kebab-style lunch at a riverside restaurant in Ihlara Valley.
Selime Cathedral is the biggest rock-carved monastery in the region and was once home to Hittite, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman civilizations.

This was our favorite tour in Cappadocia. Sadly, I wasn't able to catch how to spell our tour guide, but she was amazing (maybe something around Ilv). She had great English; it was easy to follow her explanations, and the tour had enough time to explore on our own after the tour guide provided detailed information. I fully recommend doing this tour with this company, is the one that felt most exciting in the entire area.
It's so incredible that even when we finished the tour, I could do it again easily. The Elif (I'm not sure that it is her name) was incredible!
I can't recommend Elif enough! She is a charismatic and deeply attentive tour guide. From exploring the fascinating underground city to enjoying a great lunch and refreshing our feet after a walk, every moment was incredible. She patiently answered all of our questions and made the trip truly memorable. She's the best!
A nicely-judged itinerary and tour length but it was the knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic guide who made the tour come alive.
We had a wonderful experience on the green tour with Bayram. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the history and sights. In the underground city, he helped direct traffic in the narrow tunnels so the tour group could move around smoothly. Tickets were included which was helpful in skipping the ticket lines and lunch was tasty. I would highly recommend.
Elif is one of the best tour guide, total trip is fantastic and enjoyable. Food was good, I took fish it was reallly tasty, restaurant will not serve water as complimentary, so better take water from car which is complimentary.

We had a fantastic day with Bayram, our guide; he was wonderful—very kind and patient—and shared a wealth of information about Turkey and Cappadocia. The trip was really awesome: underground city got us impressed! Food included really nice and tasteful. But without any doubt what made most incredible the trip was Eli, our guide. She was super kind, shared with us a lot of local and historical curiosities and created an amazing ambient along the way.
