Canopy EcoPark Adventure with transportation from Puerto Vallarta

This was a great experience! Martin and Luis were both very kind and fun, and made us feel very safe during the excursion while ensuring we were having the best time.

Giovani and Martin made the experiences amazing. The zip line and ATV tours were an insane amount of fun. Would gladly do them again they were absolutely amazing.

Fantastic guides who accompanied us — super helpful (and yes, bilingual). Photographer is a separate outfit and didn’t take good pics — also stopped taking pics towards the end so she wasn’t even there for my Superman moment (WTF?!?) Definitely a fun time, though. Highly recommend you skip the overpriced restaurant and walk around the corner to the authentic family run place that serves super tasty tortas for a fraction of the price (puro efectivo, claro). Then walk up the hill to the heladería for a paleta and pay to ride the public bus back to your hotel (rather than wait for the shuttle from the company to take you back on their schedule).

My wife and took this tour while recently visiting Puerto Vallarta and had a great time. Our guides, Daniel and Iran, were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. They provide excellent instruction to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable experience as some of the zip lines are long and you can get going pretty fast. There is a bit of hill climbing which was fine for us but you do take a couple of breaks and there are water stations at a couple of points as well. They have lockers you can store any belongings you bring. Definitely bring bug spray. The scenery around you is beautiful as is the drive to the location. Martin, our driver was kind and helpful. We also did the tequila tasting which was lead by Carlos who taught us quite a bit about tequila. One note, the current description, at least when we booked, is not completely accurate. The tour is not located at El Nogalito Eco Park, it is much further outside Puerto Vallarta in Las Juntas y Los Veranos near Boca de Tomatlan. The name of the tour company is also different, it is now Eco Orbit Adventures. All the same people just a different company name apparently. This was not communicated to us at any point before we were picked up so we had no idea what was happening as we continued driving much longer than we were expecting. Also, communication is pretty much exclusively through Whatsapp so make sure you have that. I do not use Whatsapp so I had to download it. Martin, our driver, did explain why it is in a different location. The new location is very close to the Jardin Botanico de Vallarta which is supposed to also be an amazing experience (this would be a completely separate experience unrelated to this one and any tours there would be through a different company. I mention it in case you want to do two cool things in one day). This was a bit frustrating but once we arrived it didn't matter. That issue had nothing to do with the guides, the driver, or anyone else involved with the actual experience. Everyone we worked with directly was amazing and we had a great time.

The service was very good, we liked it a lot, we did zip line, we threw ourselves in the water, we took a lot of pictures, we had a great time! Thank you.

We enjoyed a very entertaining day of adventure and challenges.. we were well served cutting with so much beach and taking advantage of the jungle and nature of Puerto Vallarta. The zip line is great.. I don't know lose it

It was an amazing zip line but that being said it was a lot of climbing and I was struggling a bit. The staff was great and help me to finish and cheering me on. It’s a must do and staff is very entertaining. I have zip line in other countries and it’s by far the best!

Best experience ever. Jose and Carlos were very nice and friendly. Ramon who’s the one that offered tequila testing was also very kind and warm hearted. Definitely recommend this place!
