Canela Cable Car Park Ticket
Description
Located in a region of rare beauty, between mountains and valleys, in the municipality of Canela/RS, the place presents a rich and diverse fauna and flora and promises to surprise the public with a modern tourist equipment – the Aéreos Bondinhos. It is 840 meters of suspended route where visitors will be able to contemplate the beautiful landscapes and see from close and high the Cascata do Caracol in 3 different stations. The parks are equipped with Swiss Rowema technology, the same technology used in the Swiss Alps and which is a reference in quality, comfort and safety. Each of the cabins has a capacity for up to 08 seated people, offering safety and providing a beautiful panoramic view of the venue. Visitors who access the park and buy the ticket will find one of the most stunning views of Brazil, the Cascata do Caracol. For a good enjoyment of the tour, it is recommended to stay between 1h and 1h30.

The tour starts here, where the visitor will travel through the cable car to get to know the other stations and where later the tour ends. At this station there is the first lookout point for the Caracol Waterfall, where you can enjoy it by having a good hot chocolate, or even visiting the shops that are there. In this place the visitor has full accessibility with elevators and restrooms for people with special needs, where is also the ticket office of our other attraction, the zip line Eagle.

Great park! Beautiful and organized! I only had a problem with an employee (Alessandra) on July 18, 2026 at 15:20 at the aerozoom attraction in the photo sector. My wife took pictures from the monitor because she didn't listen to the employee saying she couldn't. She instead came closer and informed, because beyond the bar we were paying attention to the attendant who explained the values, and she did not reproach us about taking pictures from the monitor from afar. So Alessandra simply tapped the monitor and raised her voice, she can't take a picture from the monitor. He knocked my mouth and still felt reason. Even the attendant who sold the photos, took a panic and lowered her head. Totally unnecessary!
It's worth a visit. Arrive early so as not to face queues for excursions.
The dynamic of the tour is not cool, leaves the tour exhausting and interferes with the experience. Vc has q down the stations and ends up catching up for everything. Starts at the central station there is sanitarios, shops, restaurant. The fair price there. There you board up about 2min and down at the station above, there I found nothing interesting a little trail not too much, there is another snack bar there with more expensive prices, pastel 23,00 but until q was well filled. 77,00 two pastels a refri and a chop. Take the queue to board and the bondinho descends 3min and you land at the station with the view of the waterfall. There you stop to take pictures that offer you after a cost that I found abusive 50 reais each. If they charged a more acceptable amount, everyone would buy. But you can take your photo with your phone, it was the q we did and contemplate the view before picking up another queue again to then land at the starting point. That is, we spent 4 hours doing a walk that lasts minutes of descent and ascension. I do not recommend going in high season, had a lot of queues and it took a long time. We saw many families with children who felt the wear of queues and waiting. Besides the bondinho has other attractions also paid apart, but we did not go for the time we stayed in line.

Perfect sunny day for bondinho, we stayed 2h in 1 queue, ok is July understandable But then you come down at 1 thanks station and another people queue? It's absurd to just stand with a child in line for a photo, something that would be super cool, but it was traumatic! Group of 8 people all hated for it! Despite a beautiful view The dynamics of the tour must be revised! Vc descends from Bondinho for a 100m trail and snack and enters another huge queue! Until you finally get to the cascade view, frustrating and tiring! Just get out of there!
The place has a magnificent view to the caracol waterfall, with good options for snacks and lunch. The space also has options for extra divisions, such as a tirolese and aero zoom. Excellent experience.
