Good value for the money.

The driver getting us to the venue was great, prompt, courteous and a little funny. The upselling and tips requests were a little over the top. I understand that tips are a significant part of the workers salaries, but it was everywhere I turned. I am not a drinker, so the tequila tasting was a waste, but from what I saw, they weren't stingy with it. The truck ride to the cenotes is very very bumpy, so hang on tight. The cenotes were nice, but not very big or deep. Overall it was a good experience and with the smaller groups (about 15 people) it gave us a chance to make new friends.

Beautiful Cenotes and Great Guide — Skip the Food Package

My husband and I did the 3-cenotes tour in Mexico and overall had a great time. The cenotes were absolutely beautiful, the water was refreshing, and the whole experience was really fun. Transportation was excellent — they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel right on time. Our driver, Mauricio, was very kind, the car was clean, had AC, and the ride was smooth. Our guide, Miguel, was fantastic — friendly, helpful, and made the tour enjoyable. The transportation itself was fun, and we also enjoyed the little Mexican show with dancers, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the check-in process and, especially, the all-inclusive food package. Check-in felt a bit overwhelming because everyone seemed to arrive at the same time. During that process, we were strongly encouraged to buy the all-inclusive food package by the person explaining the tour details — who was also selling the package. It was almost the same price as the tour itself, and we were made to feel like we’d be starving because it’s a long tour. In reality, the food package is completely unnecessary. Time flies between cenotes, and you barely have time to eat. We weren’t hungry at the first cenote, and by the second one we realized the package was a waste of money. The food was very basic (chicken nuggets, fries, and small “mini sandwiches”), and honestly not very good. At the third cenote, food wasn’t even offered — only drinks — which made the package even more pointless. At the end, the tour already includes a snack (2 tacos), which is more than enough, and when we tried to order more tacos using the all-inclusive package, we were told it only applied to certain types. My advice: do not get the food package. Bring your own snacks if needed — you really won’t miss it. Despite that, the cenotes themselves, the guide, and the transportation made this a memorable and enjoyable experience. Just skip the food upsell and you’ll have a great time!

Great experience - terrible upsell

Watch out for the upsell when you arrive. Offers all inclusive, but it's nothing but. Don't waste your money. Tour overall was good, despite being ripped off.

Great value

Its starts off with a fairly rough ride in the back of a large truck, but we had women in their 70’s and they didn’t complain. Our guide Leo was awesome, made it fun and very informative with local knowledge and lore. All you need are shoes, a bathing suit and a towel The tequila tasting and mini course was also very good. Well worth the money.

Tour itself is okay. But...

Tour itself is okay. But they are doing everything to upsell. We end up buying a premium package but it really did not offer anything then dried up chicken nuggets and warm water.

Operator response

Hello Kangin, We appreciate your comments regarding the upsell options; please know that these upgrades are completely optional and offered so guests can choose additional experiences if they wish. Thank you for your feedback.

Top excursion

Very nice trip! The transfer went smoothly, the group was pleasantly small (max. 15 people). The guides were friendly and non-intrusive. The trips to the cenotes were a bit bumpy, but fun, and you had the promised 30-40 minutes. The tequila tasting was also interesting and without the need to buy. All around a great day – gladly again

Get ready for a great time!

This trip was amazing, and was so unique and fun! We stopped at three different cenotes, taking bumpy dirt roads to get to each one, and the guides were always friendly and helpful with instructions and just having fun in general. The photographer was great and took some awesome pictures! The tequila tasting was epic, and I liked hearing about the process it takes to make it pure. Such a wonderful company and a great time.

The BEST water Adventure!!

This was an awesome adventure! Getting to the park is one thing, but obedient you get there, you are sorted into your different activities. The 3 cenotes were the BEST! Each one rising in complexity! Don't be afraid to jump even if you can't swim that well (like me)! They have life jackets...so Go For It!! It's a one in a lifetime activity. The jeeps that take you to the cenotes is a real Rollercoaster ride through the jungle and was soo cool and added to the overall adventure. You're sure to meet some new friends you'll wanna keep in touch with. I would do it again in a heartbeat 💓

Operator response

We hope to welcome you back soon for another thrilling day—you’re always welcome to join us again!
