This was an absolutely amazing experience! A couple takeaways now that we've gone and looking at previous reviews prior. They make it really clear what you can and cannot do as well as what to bring and not to bring. They do try to upsale of course but what place doesn't? Also, if you say no once MAYBE twice they WILL leave you alone. They do not push push push you into a sale. You can bring your phone to the tequila tasting and cenote, but everything else your phone will need to be left behind which was understandable. We stayed with the lowest package and had an absolutely AMAZING time. We didn't feel rushed and each guide we had from the van to the end was top tier! The food is 2 soft tacos with either pork, fish, or veggie option. Drinks were good and decently priced (about $4-$15) I would absolutely do this again definitely worth the money.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you had an amazing experience. We appreciate your comments and hope to see you again soon. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Omar was our Main Guide and he treated me SO GREAT, taking care of my Crutches and Leg while we Zip Lined. Adolfo was our Photographer and he took many great pictures. It was a Fun Filled Day, even when we had to drink Tequilla (YUK), but I was pleasantly surprised with 2 of the Flavors --- YUMMY Bailey Irish Creme Type, and the Coffee flavored one. The 2 tacos at the end were not enough, but the Beers Helped. All in All, a FUN TIME !!!!
Thank you for sharing such a detailed and fun review. We’re very happy to hear that Omar took such great care of you and made sure you felt safe and comfortable during the zip line experience. It’s also great to know that Adolfo captured wonderful photos for you to remember the day. We’re glad you enjoyed the activities, found some tequila flavors you liked, and still had a fun-filled experience overall. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for another great adventure. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

My partner and I attended this trip. Our tour guide Alan was phenomenal and made sure that everyone was safe throughout. We started out with a tequila tasting which was decent. You have the option to buy the tequila at the end. The next stop was the cenote which was my favorite part of the tour. The water in the cenote was refreshing from the heat of the day. You could either zip line, cliff jump or walk into the water. I did the zip line twice! It was so much fun! Life vests are require regardless of swim experience given how deep the cenote is. The third stop was riding ATVs. My partner and I doubled up while I drove. The course was small but you could ramp it up at parts. The final part of the tour was the zip lining. We got to do 5 zip lines and a couple other things. Overall, I highly recommend the tour. Only an opting thing is them trying to upsell you.
Thank you for your detailed review! We’re so glad to know Alan made your experience phenomenal and safe, and that you enjoyed each part of the tour — especially the cenote and zip lines. It’s great to hear you had so much fun and that the adventure left such a positive impression. We also appreciate your note about the upselling, as feedback like this helps us keep improving. It was great, and Alan was awesome. But the van on the way there was so full of exhaust fumes it made us feel sick, and we couldn't open the window. You don't need to upgrade to the Gold package, and they're super pushy about it.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear that you had a great experience and that Alan made the tour awesome. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the exhaust fumes in the van; that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We also understand your concerns about the pushiness regarding the Gold package, and we will work to ensure that guests don’t feel pressured to upgrade. Your comments are valuable, and we’ll strive to improve the overall experience moving forward. What To Do In Cancun Customer Service Team
The energy of Humberto and his cameraman/paparazzi was contagious and he made all of us feel safe as we ziplined, rode the ATV and jumped into the cenote. My kids are 11 and 13 and couldn’t have had a better time. All of the staff at each point preached safety first but have fun doing it! Pictures were worth the price. You can’t bring any electronics or belongings with you but we were too busy having fun to notice. Would highly recommend this adventure!
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled Humberto and his cameraman kept the energy high and made sure everyone felt safe—especially your kids. It’s great to hear our team struck the right balance between safety and fun, and that the photos added to your memories. We know leaving electronics behind can be a hassle, but we’re glad it didn’t take away from your adventure. Thanks for recommending us, and we hope to see you and your family again soon! We had a group of 11 that consisted of 3 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 4 to 12. (1) Beware of RAUL, tour guide (pic enclosed). After checking in and stopping by the merchandise store, we were taken to our assigned group to meet the tour guide and get an overview of the activities. This was a new experience for half the group and it felt very rushed. RAUL started talking even before we sat down. When 3 of our group members asked him a question, he just looked at each of us, then turned his head and completely ignored us. At the end when he asked if everyone was ready, my friend said no and his response was “I already answered it.” Every response was “I already answered it.” RAUL was extremely rude, impatient, condescending and just thinks he’s too good to answer any of our questions. If you have a family with children, be cautious of Raul. Raul should not be a tour guide, it was the worst customer experience. He was wearing an Extreme Adventure uniform and is a poor representation of the company and started us off with a poor experience. (2) Humberto, new tour guide was amazing, friendly and attentive. (3) Zipling - There were 3 ziplines with small obstacles in between. Ziplines were short but fun. (4) ATVs and buggies (for the younger kids) were enjoyable even though it went in two repetitive loops. (5) Tequila tasting was cool and you get to sample 6 different tequilas. There’s an option to purchase it. (7) The cenote was beautiful and our group had fun jumping straight in or via a zipline. It was a 20-25 min experience. (8) The Mayan fire performance was a neat cultural experience and you get to take photos with the performers for free. (9) The fish and pork tacos were included in the package. The tacos, fries and guacamole with chips were tasty. (10) 0 stars for RAUL and 4.5 stars for the rest of the staff. Overall experience was 4 stars.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're truly sorry that your experience with Raul did not meet our standards—we take your comments very seriously and will address them with our team. We're glad to hear that Humberto and the rest of our staff made a positive impression and that you enjoyed the zipline, ATVs, tequila tasting, cenote, cultural performance, and tasty tacos. Your insights help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team
