As a solo traveler, having transportation set up was extremely helpful! Rosie messaged me as soon as my flight landed and shared a friendly picture. Super experience. We were very last minute looking for a transfer from the airport to Puerto Juarez. The communication went very smoothly via whatsapp. The shuttle was on time. Excellent communication, on time, and our driver was so friendly! I should have asked his name (he used to run marathons and was middle aged). He was so kind and let me practice my spanish with him, even though I am not a great speaker. Would definitely book with Excellence transfers again!
