Car Hire service was prompt and responsive. We left a bag in the shuttle and they were able to secure it for our return booking. However, I did not give 5 stars because we were not informed our return trip was predetermined by a set time. This cut our vacation time short. All in all after multiple conversations we were able to come to a resolve. Stress free service was appreciated.
The transportation coordinator was very proactive, asked us if our flight had landed to give us meeting instructions. Driver was friendly.

I did not receive this service. Was stuck at airport and ended up paying an extra $80 outside of the already fair paid for.

Your reservation was for a shared shuttle scheduled at 2:00 PM, and our last shared departure from the airport is at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, when you arrived after that time, it was no longer possible to provide the shared service, as our shared shuttles operate on fixed schedules. To avoid leaving you without transportation, our team offered the option of a private transfer by covering only the difference in fare, since private services have a different cost. We understand that you preferred not to pay an additional amount. Although our policy states that no‑show reservations at the selected time are non‑refundable, we wanted to support you and avoid further inconvenience. For that reason, and as an exceptional courtesy, we requested a full refund through Viator, which you accepted. Our goal is always to assist travelers and offer fair solutions within our operational limits. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.
This was a seamless transaction from end to end. My flight was delayed by nearly an hour, and the team had sent WhatsApp and iMessages that were helpful for our rendezvous at the airport. Wait was minimal and we were on our way without any issues.
The company had someone outside waiting on us and texted me that they were outside. Very nice and helpful!
Waited for more than half an hour in the hot sun for a couple that never showed. No seating anywhere.
We waited over an hour for our shuttle because the greeter didn’t understand that we were allowed to travel solo since we had purchased a round-trip. In addition, no one was checking our flight because when we arrived, we could not find our greeter. The whole experience was horrible and would not recommend this service to others
