We got three rooms a family group of 6 adults and 5 kids The hotel is overrated, and not worth the price we paid the food was average for Mexico nothing special about the food the service is good and the rooms and hotel were clean The air conditioning in rooms was horrible Swimming pools floor was ruff I got a few food cuts The entertainment at the hotel was awful nothing really to do after eating dinner we will never go back there and I don’t recommend to anyone

The transportation was excellent. We used them coming and going to the hotel and to the airport. They were on time, friendly and patient. Vans were clean and modern. Would use again!
Driver was right where we were told he would be. Good communication prior. Took our bags and the ride was clean and smelled nice. Driver got us to destination in a timely manner and also played some fun music on the way.
Driver was on time and waiting for us when we arrived, vehicle was very clean. Our driver Julio was amazing very friendly.
They were on time, they were waiting for us when we arrived. Got a free upgrade to a luxury SUV. The guy who met us at the airport as well as the driver were very pleasant.
