Organized, interesting and very good climatized
Arrived at the “meeting point” (the museum) with my voucher, but told to go to the desk, then told to contact the agent, who told me to contact Viator. Was unable to access the museum as small print detailed that the “voucher” is actually a redemption ticket, so I was actually meant to travel to the agent’s shop, then to the “meeting point”. Very misleading, unclear and terrible customer service. I’ve received no response.
Awful, awful experience. Turned up to see the booking had been cancelled. I ignored the email cancelling it because it was entitled "Your Tripadvisor Booking for Barcelona: FC Barcelona Museum "Barça Immersive Tour""
This is a scam. Very low price and do not make it clear you have to travel to the other side of the city to pick up tickets in advance. Will spend more in transportation than just getting the valid ticket from the museum. No response from seller and no refund when I tried to reach out. Was a very sad day for our family, we never made it into the museum.
Horrible, when we got to the museum we were told we had to travel to a separate location 30 minutes away to pick up the tickets. They than told us that the last showing was at noon and we where unable to get it. This was not stated, they change in hours so we miss getting to tour the museum before the game. Been trying to get in touch for refund and unable to speak with anyone. Basically feel like $150 was just stolen. Would not recommend
Such underwhelming experience. After a long wait we were herded like cattle into a dark room with video highlights and display of history and we were asked to leave without visiting the ground. Terrible experience and total money loss.
Dear customer, We regret that the Camp Nou Immersive Tour did not meet your expectations. Please note that the activity description indicates that the stadium is currently under construction, which means access to the pitch and certain areas of the stadium is not available at this time. This information has been shared with all authorized selling points and agencies. We understand that the experience may have felt different from what you expected, especially after the waiting time. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Best regards,
I would recommend against spending any money here. The museum was ok but very busy. Everything in this place is about making money. There are some things that you can see for free without paying. We have visited other stadiums such as Bayern’s Allianz Arena. They are much better. Personally, I would recommend friends to just view the stadium from the outside and enter the grounds to have a look at the shop.
Dear acha_UK, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that the Camp Nou Immersive Tour did not meet your expectations. Please note that the activity description indicates that the stadium is currently under construction, so the visit is limited to the museum and the areas currently available. Don't do that! This is really a tourist trap. There was an awful lot of people. It was 1 hour to get into the museum. My son liked to see the cups that were on display, but that was all that was worth it. You are not allowed in the stadium, there is not even a chance to get a glimpse of the inside of the stadium because of the renovations. This was not mentioned on the website when purchasing the ticket! We also had a ticket for the virtual reality tour. This one was low quality, lots of choppy images. I've seen much better 3D images. At the price of 47 euros per person, this is really below board.

Absolutely awful. So I collected my tickets 24hours prior from st Julian tour company. I had booked an open ticket which meant we can go anytime the next day. We arrived at the stadium at 12:30 to be told the Museum is closed due to the match. The stadium employee was very apologetic and told us all tour companies were informed. At no point did the tour company advise us. So I contacted the tour company to be told I do not qualify for a refund and no compensation. In fact the offered me £11.00 T refund after paying nearly £80. I’ve been back a few days and am still awaiting for St. Julian tour company to respond to me many emails. Avoid this company They are so unprofessional no empathy no compassion…. Absolutely disgusting service
Dear Y3521QOritat, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to hear about your experience. Please note that the FC Barcelona Museum was open on the day of your visit, and we had guided tours operating normally with access to the museum. Therefore, the information you received at the stadium does not correspond with the service status on that day. Please do not hesitate to contact us through your booking agency in case you need our assistance, Best regards,
Took around 30 mins to queue up. And competed the tour in 40 mins. Hadn’t realised that it didn’t include a stadium tour but I guess that my fault for not easing the description correctly. Not worth the price of admissions
