It’s a long tiring trip. We have spent 7 hours drive for the whole trip. It’s better not to choose as Day trip. There is no entry fees for the falls, strawberry firm and the temple, however, we have spent 20 RM each to look around the tea plantation. The same goes for the visit to the catus valley too. We had spent 24 RM for the entry fee. The above mentioned two points must be inclusive in the itinerary To have a value for money!!
Honestly wasn’t expecting to have such a good time. Strawberry picking and eating strawberries with dipping chocolate was so lovely!! The Chinese temple (Sam Poh) was so beautiful. There were puppies in the courtyard and they were so cute. The tea farm was so beautiful. Took the golf cart down to the plantation which was a lovely experience walked up to the Cameron Valley Tea sign - beautiful view! Went back to the tea shop and claimed a free tea (when you purchase the buggy trip) Tried the Durian Tea (not for us but glad to try!) Lata Iskander was a lovely view too. The weather was warm!! We were told it’s cold so took jumpers but really not needed.

Tour guide took through the itinerary and stopped for as long as you wanted at the points. Great flexibility, especially compared to a pretimed plan

There are strawberry farms which you can visit as well as pluck strawberries at a nominal price. Visit to botanical gardens (am forgetting the actual name of the place) was very educative. It boasted of various varieties of vegetables/ fruits as well as quite a few species of animals as well. Visit to Butterfly farms was really disappointing as butterflies were poorly taken of. Visit to Time Tunnel was a nostalgic one for me and my wife (belonging to late 70s and early 80s) as many things from these decades were on display in the tunnel. In short Cameron Highlands away from hustle bustle of KL is a place definitely worth visiting for a day or two visit.
