Subset cruise at Cabo San Lucas

The cruise was very good. But we only found out that the original catamaran was not operating on that day and had ask for help to reconnect us to another catamaran called Princess. I wished Tripadvisor had notified us about this instead of having us being so panicky!!!

Amazing 🤩

AMAZING! Beautiful boat, amazing crew, delicious lunch, great water, fun snorkel and swim. The whales and rays and sea lions all decided to show up and make our day even better. Fantastic memory and was sad to leave!

Very Disappointed

Wouldn't know about the excursion itself. Didn't have the opportunity to go. Booked the excursion for 12pm which would have aligned with the time our cruise was in port. However at 930am the morning of the trip, we receive a message from tour operator that the time has changed to 1pm. Thus it would put us returning later than the ship. Had this excursion booked for months. At the time of this notification, it was too late to book anything else. What a disappointment. Do better!

HORRIBLE

DO NOT BOOK THIS. The boat isn’t even in Cabo. They have no answer as to why they are still selling tickets. Do not book!!!!

Great ride and staff!

What an excellent afternoon! The catamaran was awesome. And the staff was attentive and fun! A beautiful ride out and back. Definitely recommend!

Sketchy as hell. Don’t do it. Go with Echo Cat instead-they’re legit.

Horrible. Just horrible. This “company” uses someone else’s photos. The information on this post is misleading. We arrived in Cabo from our cruise and then proceeded to walk around all over the marina trying to find the meeting spot. The address on the site is a vague, nondescript address. When I spoke to Viator support they gave me an incorrect address-in front of the Tesoro resort. When I asked someone at s help kiosk, they told me to go to Echo Cat, based on the business name in the reservation images. When we got there they had no idea who we were. The lively ladies at the Echo Cat desk offered to make space for us if we couldn’t find our meeting space, and were equally confused about why their images were being used for someone else’s post. I reached out to the vendor directly through the Viator confirmation email and he took forever to reply. So I reached out to the Viator customer support via WhatsApp-they told us to go to the front of the Tesoro resort. No description of a doc or specific address was given. When we got there, I asked the resort concierge who also pointed me in the direction of Echo cat again. After about an hour of wasted time, walking back and forth around the marina, in 106f weather and 90% humidity, the “vendor” finally called me back stating that the meeting spot was in an entirely different place, about 1/2 mile away from where everyone was telling us to go. When we got there, some random guy at the dick entrance told us to wait inside the mall because departure was pushed back 30 min and that the boat was called “Princessa”…. When I called the “vendor” vendor back for clarification, he apologized stating that the trip had been pushed back 30min because of the storm and that he’d give us a free tour of the arch…. Even though I’d already paid for a tour of the arch, and that snorkeling was cancelled because the storm made the water “toxic”. When I told him I’d have to check the reservation (to confirm we were already paying for the arch tour), he then told me he’d give us a free solo yacht tour…. And that we just needed to tell him where we were and that someone would come pick us up…. TOTALLY SKETCHY!!! When I tried to report to Viator they told me refunds weren't possible. I received a voice message from the “vendor” stating that he told his people to refund my money. That was Saturday, August 9th. It’s Wednesday August 13th and I still haven’t received a refund.

The meeting point and address provided on your confirmation were correct and are the same details used successfully by all our other guests that day. Our team also tried to contact you but did not receive a reply. Both our local Mexican number and our international toll-free number were listed on your voucher, yet no call was received through those lines. Due to the storm on that date, some activities such as snorkeling were restricted by the port authorities for safety reasons. To assist you, we offered several alternative solutions, including even upgrading you to a private yacht, at no extra cost, simply so you could still enjoy your day. Your booking has already been refunded, so we are shocked to read such a negative review after our team went out of their way to find solutions under difficult weather conditions. We are always committed to giving the best service and regret that your experience was not as expected.

We went out on a Saturday at 12, unfortunately it was super windy and couldn’t snorkel but still a 10/10 experience

Great staff, fun vibes and good music. The staff made sure we were all doing well, always had a drink in our hand and plenty of photo ops

FUN!

This was very fun, good vibes, friendly staff. All of my family enjoyed it, we had an 8 year old up to a 75 year old with us. The snacks provided were good. We had enough time to snorkel & hang out in the water for a while.

Catamaran not worth it

Did not let us know the date and time changed and didn’t contact us. Then when we called they offered money back or come back next day. We came back next day but boat was not that much fun. Drinks were ok but music was wack. Good food on the boat though.
