Pickup Locations & Times
Transportation routes change daily. Please check your booking email or call us for your pickup time. If you are staying at a resort or hotel, your pickup will be in front of the lobby approximately 45 minutes before your activity begins. If you are on the cruise ship, your pickup will be in front of the OXXO at Plaza Gali. It is a 2-minute walk from where you are tendered and we will send you a map.

- Maximum weights: UTV: The safety belt must fit to carry out the activity. Maximum weight for horse riding: 110 kg (240 pounds). Maximum weight for camel riding: 125 kg (270 pounds). Sky Bikes: The safety equipment must fit to carry out the activity. Maximum weight for riding: 136 kg (300 pounds).
- To drive in general, the minimum age is 16 years with a license and accompanied by an adult. Camel: Minimum age required to ride is 5 years. Horses: Minimum age required to ride is 7 years and the maximum is 70 years. UTV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 5 years. ATV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 7 years. Sky Bikes: Minimum age to be a passenger is 8 years. Mini RZR: Minimum age to be a passenger is 8 years and to drive the minimum age is 10 years. The child price applies up to 11 years old. Children aged 12 and older will have to pay the adult price.
