The bus was just over two hours late and then taxied us to a highway/roundabout/ overpass area on the side of road - to save them time coming in to TamCoc! The bus was not like the pictures we booked! It was small and cramped and my husband and I were at opposite ends of the bus! A random guy opened my curtain in the middle of the trip 🤷♀️! I was too scared to go back to sleep! They stopped about 12 times along the way delivering parcels - like a courier! It was a nightmare! They dumped us at 5.15am in the middle of Phong Nha where everything was dark and closed! Lucky we got a grab who dropped us to our hotel 15kms out of town (which we passed).
