We had a great experience! Our host Lilly was very welcoming and an easy to follow instructor. Our Bun Cha turned out fantastic!
Great morning, went shopping for ingredients with Sisi to the Sapa market which was amazing, all types of food, veg, fruit, meat, fish, poultry all fresh and Sisi was very happy to share her knowledge with us. Then transferred back to the kitchen where we prepared Bun Chau, where we prepared our meal, picked up some useful tips in food preparation and Sisi was very patient with her tuition. The meal was delicious and will certainly prepare for family on return. The booking was handled very promptly as we booked it extremely late. Thank you Sisi for a great morning.
