Labi Hauz which is translated as 'at the pond' is one of the central squares of Bukhara situated in the southeast part of the city. The architectural ensemble was created in the 16th-17th centuries. The square has the form of an irregular polygon with the Divan-Begi madrasah in the eastern part.

Bolo Haouz Mosque is a historical mosque in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. The Samanid Mausoleum is a mausoleum located in the northwestern part of Bukhara, Uzbekistan, just outside its historic center. It was built in the 10th century CE as the resting place of the powerful and influential Islamic Samanid dynasty that ruled the Samanid Empire from approximately 900 to 1000. It contained three burials, one of whom is known to have been that of Nasr II. The mausoleum is considered one of the iconic examples of early Islamic architecture[3] and is known as the oldest funerary building of Central Asian architecture.[4] The Samanids established their de facto independence from the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad and ruled over parts of modern Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. It is the only surviving monument from the Samanid era, but American art historian Arthur Upham Pope called it the "one of the finest in Persia".

Chor Minor, alternatively known as the Madrasah of Khalif Niyaz-kul, is a historic gatehouse for a now-destroyed madrasa in the historic city of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. It is located in a lane northeast of the Lyab-i Hauz complex.

Worth recommending

This tour takes us into the streets of Bukhara, from architecture, religious beliefs to the daily life of the residents. Thank you for the gentle guide to accompany our five-year-old boy for a walking tour of the old town of Bukhara.

Shakhnoza was amazing. Truly informative and engaging lady whom i had a lovely day tour with. We saw and discussed more sites than I can recall. I did research the trip and 100% glad I chose this one. We were able to take a tea stop and saw more things things than I can write here. Her history knowledge and back-story of Bukhara through the ages is impeccable. I would fully recommend this your, especially so Shakhnoza

Fantastic Bukhara

Very kind and prepared guide we visited very much everything on foot the tour started at 8am and ended about 12.15pm. The price of the tour is high we paid for 2 people 158.00 euros (tour legends of Bukhara) we found it very expensive .... advice to buy your own walking and spending half'

Bukhara - Nigora

We liked the city and surroundings. Everything is quite compact. Nigora knows a lot and loves her city, she will not only tell you the history of this place in an interesting way, but will also recommend restaurants and souvenir shops to suit your taste and budget.

Best experience in Bukhara with Madina

Amazing tour with Madina. Her English was good and knowledge of history was perfect. We had great experience with her. We have seen local bazaars, tasted local food which tourist will never find herself. Thank you Madina
