Highly recommended place Very good guides The theater is a pure art spectacle It showcases the excellence of art
We bought the tour in Spanish on time. The guide Jessica very friendly, and gave us a class on the history of the theater. The tour lasted 50 minutes, enough for the visit and also for everyone to take photos. What a beautiful walk!
Leadership was very good. The theatre is imposing and the guide spoke perfect English.
A short but delightful tour of this magnificent building with an English speaking guide was very good. An interesting tour and some lovely photo opportunities. Well recommended for a visit
It is cheaper to buy directly from the theater, we were very expensive... buy directly from the theater
Tour started well. Tour guide was pleasant and informative. Tour covers 4 rooms. First 3 were ok. But for the last room - the most important one, the opera hall itself, we enter the opera box and find . . . darkness! A crew is working in the hall. There is some minimal light on the stage. But everything that visitors come to see - the ceiling, the chandelier, the boxes on various levels - cannot be seen. The tour group spends the next ten minutes in darkness. The guide told us that we might not see the opera hall under ideal conditions, including that people might be working in the hall. If darkness was a possibility, we should have been informed before we wasted money on purchasing tickets. If you want the same tour experience we had, do this: go into a room in your home at night. Close the drapes. Turn off the lights and shut the door. Sit in the darkness for ten minutes. And you can do this for free! Tour was a total ripoff. I want my money back!!!
Hi! Sadly as the Opera House is in full operation 365 days a year, there a times where the main hall may be darkened for rehearsal. It would hardly be the same as to being on a dark room on your house, but okay! This is also stated in the activity page before booking. Finally, this section of the tour is just one of the 10 rooms you visit. We’re sorry about your poor experience.
The tickets I bought from you were not accepted at the theater therefore I had to buy them again I want the money back.
Hi Daniel! Sadly you did not show the tickets we sent you which are the only valid ones. These are sent the day before the activity date as it’s stated in the activity page before booking, via email. This is all stated in the activity page before booking. We’re sorry you had a poor experience.
It’s a must do stop - the guides are incredible and tell the story of the theatre in a very engaging way. For our time we had people from literally all over the world and the experience was incredible - seeing the history and the present is fascinating. It’s worth every penny. Thank you!
Admission is 18€ and we were charged 42€ !! The exposure of the guide very elementary , travel few spaces m, only 4 and with many limitations.
Hola! No se de donde obtuvo esos precios pero la entrada al Teatro sale 42€! Saludos.
Great tour showing the most important areas and auditorium where you may see a rehearsal in progress.
