The company canceled our trip without sending any notification. As a result, we spent €30 on a Bolt ride to get to the meeting point, only to find that no one was there. We arrived at 9:10 a.m. for our 9:30 a.m. tour, so we were there well in advance. The company claimed they had emailed me about the cancellation, but I never received a single email from them. This level of communication is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. If the email didn’t reach me, they should have made the effort to send a text message or call instead. This completely ruined our day. It was our last day in Brussels, and we had planned our schedule around this trip. Instead of enjoying our final day, we wasted time and money traveling to a meeting point for a tour that had already been canceled. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and it showed a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time, money, and vacation.
