njoy a 5-hour private tour starting with pickup directly from your hotel in Siena in a latest-generation, fully licensed Mercedes van with air conditioning. Travel with an English- and Italian-speaking driver-guide and sommelier, born and raised in the area, who will share local insights during the journey. After about 1 hour of scenic driving, arrive in Montalcino, crossing the beautiful Val d’Orcia UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit a family-owned, organic Brunello di Montalcino winery for a vineyard walk, a guided tour of the aging cellars, and a wine tasting of selected red wines, including the famous Brunello di Montalcino, with the opportunity to taste extra virgin olive oil. After the winery experience, enjoy free time in the medieval town of Montalcino to explore its historic center, monuments, and local shops at your own pace. We (me, my wife and 13 year old daughter) hired Manu for a day long tour of wineries in and around Montalcino. Manu is a courteous driver, was very knowledgeable of the different wineries and wine, and provided a recommendation for the best gelato in Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Manu and highly recommend him. so much so that we would rebook with Manu the next time we are in Tuscany!

I like what I do and is always a pleasure trying to accomodate the best winery thats suits different desires (more fancy , more rustic, bigger, family owned, very small); being a "local" I know a good numbers of those in each area of Tuscany. About gelato...I am addicted, so I always have to recommend the best one in each town :-) I can't wait to see you again in Tuscany :-)
