They did not respect the reservation, and at the facilities, they commented that they were not aware of the visit; poor coordination.

Grabbed a small group of friends and headed to Nicte for the tour and beer tasting. What a great way to spend a few hours in the afternoon - Alex is the perfect host! Probably the best craft brew in all of Mexico with the Lagers (both the regular and the Vienna styles) stealing the show. The award winning bikini stout was a delightful surprise and only wish they had had more of that for us to purchase! Well worth the price of the ticket and a great outing to take visiting friends on as well. Thanks for such a great experience❣️

I went to Merida on holiday and was highly recommended the tour. The tour was great, I had not had the opportunity to taste the beer and it was delicious. The super friendly people, the godfather factory and the beer is the most delicious I have ever tasted. If you go to Merida I highly recommend Experience 10/10

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The tour took us through the entire brewing process, from selecting ingredients to bottling. Julian, the guide was a great beer connoisseur, and explained each step in detail. The most exciting part was the beer tasting. We tried several freshly made varieties, each with its own unique flavor and character. (Cocoa was my favorite.) I loved the opportunity to learn about the different brewing techniques and how they affect the final taste of beer. The factory is very father and also has a mini bar where after the tour you can continue drinking beer very much at ease! In short, I recommend this tour and tasting to any beer lover. It is an educational and fun experience that will make you appreciate this ancient drink even more!

Our visit to NICTE Brewery was even better than we imagined! Paul and Julian treated us like family from the moment we walked in, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. We had so much fun learning about the brewing process, being in the spotless facility, and hearing all about the craft from the brewmaster. And the beer? Absolutely fantastic—every sip showed the passion and dedication behind it. Honestly, we were so impressed—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Mérida. If you love great beer and even better people, this place is a must-visit
