Following to the panoramic elevator see a new angle of the falls. After going up, enjoy the Porto Canoas gastronomic center (meal not included) and the park’s souvenir shop. Your second adventure begins at the Macuco Safari. Take the road on an open-air towed car that allows a clear view of the forest. See the orchids, bromeliads, centenary trees and even wild animals. Go to the Porto Macuco and navigate the Iguassu River to see the landscapes and take photos. The animals, blue sky, the rainbows and the water together characterize the show with its high point at the Three Musketeers falls. The boat gets close enough to for everyone to enjoy a brief soak in the refreshing waters, it’s an unspeakable emotion!

This tour is not available to guests staying at the Belmond Cataratas Hotel in Foz do Iguaçu and the Gran Meliá Iguazú Hotel in Puerto Iguazú. Pick up from the hotel takes place before the start time of the activity. If you do not receive confirmation of your departure time, please contact us.

From the beginning… we were never communicated a pick up time and spent the entire previous day trying to reach them to figure it out. Email finally worked. Next, they show up an hour after the tour start time. The van holds 16 people and we had 16 people. unfortunately one seat has the overhead where i had to hunch into and i was bent over trying to just not hurt my neck. the guide himself was less than helpful. had one sentence of information to share, and poorly articulated expectations, what we were doing, what to do, etc. As a group we just started doing things and making sure we all just found each other. the tour overall felt cheap and very assembly line. I reccomend ubering to the falls, picking up a map, and doing it all your self using the falls bus system.
Horrible experience. Do not book with this tour operator. They did not show up to pick up for your. The hotel calmed. Viator was useless. Tour operator say we are at the wrong hotel 2 when our confirmation clearly shows our hotel. They claimed they tried to call me on a number that is not mine. For 3 days prior I tried to contact your operator with no response. Again Viator was useless. Save yourself some trouble. Do not book this

Fantastic good place to arrive, reception and excellent access, are reforming the road and will be better, but lack there parking infrastructure, from buses vans and cars, carissime restaurant, a stupidity of expensive queues for snacks, inviable in this part.

Polite and solicitory guides. The walk was great. He picked us up and left us at the hotel. During the walk gave all the assistance. It's very worth it.

Absolutely great trip! The boat safari was just absolutely incredible!! The wet boat is a MUST. As a young group of adults we have never laughed so hard! Bring swimwear and a complete change of clothes - definitely helps!! Our guide was absolutely lovely and gave us so much information, and still let us have enough time to explore.

Initially, the communication was good. We had Wederson as our guide who is very friendly and helpful. Although we had received the itinerary saying it included the bird park on the way to the Falls, it's not the case. After the first part, the walk, we had lunch and waiting for the second part, the boat ride. For some reasons, our group seems needing to be reorganized and rearranged with other groups. That was a bit chaotic and took quite a while to sort out. By the time we arrived the boat ride, it was nearly 3 pm. And then we still have to wait for tickets, which again took quite a while as the tour members were all in a queue. Although it's all good at the end, the tour did take over 8 hours to complete, mostly due to the wait between lunch and boat ride. Could have been better organised.

The walk on the Brazilian side had the best views and was shorter than the Argentinian side. Junior, the guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. The fast boat ride down the river and under a couple of waterfalls was exciting and, take a poncho - we did but we still got a little wet. There was an item on the texted itinerary (the Bird park) that we didn’t do but, overall, it was a spectacular experience and well worth doing.

It has very good views the micros that bring you to the area waterfalls are modern and clean is all the route very organized

The falls are up there with the best sights in the world. No words can describe them. Our driver Luis made this potentially complicated trip between the borders of Argentina and Brazil so simple and guided us along the spectacular walk dominated by the hundreds of waterfalls. The boat trip up through the rapids and skirting under falls too was a unique experience. I suggest the use of the lockers in the shop for your back up etc. also I would buy a waterproof cover for my smartphone to allow photos in the spray and also a plastic cover you as it does get pretty wet
