Felt very safe crossing the border. We were also given freedom and time to explore the Brazil side at our own pace, which was very nice especially with taking photos.

A lovely experience, the tour is undoubtedly recommended, the guide was very pleasant, approachable with everyone, willing to answer questions and concerned for his group! For the value, it is worth it, they gave us enough time to explore the park and enjoy the waterfalls, I loved it! Very responsible, they picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time and dropped us off at the same place. Recommended!

Highly recommend the tour from the Brazilian side
Hello Tom, Thank you for your recommendation. We are very glad to hear you enjoyed the visit to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. The panoramic views from that side truly offer a unique perspective of this incredible natural wonder, and we are pleased you had such a positive experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Kind regards
I was picked up by Ernesto from my hotel who was such a kind, friendly, and funny driver. His English was excellent, and he made the border crossing into Brazil and immigration process completely smooth and stress-free. Along the drive, he shared interesting information about the area, which made the journey even more enjoyable. My guide for the day met me at a hotel in Brazil and the overall experience was great. The only hiccup was waiting almost two hours for the guide to arrive. I didn’t mind the wait too much, but better communication would have been appreciated to remove the anxiousness of waiting alone. Iguazu Falls was simply magical , the beauty and power of the falls were absolutely unforgettable. The panoramic view gave a different perspective of the falls from what I had seen the previous day on the Argentinian side. At the end of the tour I was safely returned to my hotel on the Argentinian side. The smooth journey, incredible views at the falls and warmth from the driver, guide and fellow passengers made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!
Hello, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear the overall experience was so memorable and that the visit to the Brazilian side offered such a special perspective of Iguazu Falls. It is wonderful to know the transfer and border crossing process felt smooth and comfortable from the beginning, as those details can make a big difference during the day. We are also very glad the atmosphere throughout the excursion contributed positively to your experience. At the same time, we appreciate your comments regarding the waiting time before meeting the guide. We understand how clearer communication in that moment would have helped avoid uncertainty, and we will certainly take this into account as we continue improving coordination and updates during transfers. Thank you again for your recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience. Warm wishes
Everything perfect, our guide Sergio was very friendly and explained everything very well. The Brazilian side is very nice and more relaxed than the Argentine (you don’t walk that much), although obviously the two sides are spectacular.
Saludos cordiales
My review is not about the trip itself, but about the company. Unfortunately, we did not realize that, as Americans, we needed a visa to cross from Argentina to Brazil for a day trip. We received an email from the tour guide asking us to meet him in front of the hotel with our passports and a valid visa. That’s when we immediately realized we had a problem. We looked into how quickly we could obtain a visa, but it became clear right away that there was no chance of getting one in time for the next day’s trip. We contacted Viator customer service, and even though we were well past the 24-hour cancellation window, they took care of us and issued a credit for the tour. The purpose of this review is not to comment on the trip itself, but to highlight how the company handled an unexpected challenge and supported their customers.
Hola Grabriel! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. On behalf of Say Hueque, we truly appreciate your words and your understanding in this situation. We understand how frustrating it can be to face unexpected visa requirements, especially so close to a scheduled trip. Although the circumstances were beyond anyone’s control, we are glad to know that you felt supported and well assisted throughout the process. Providing clear communication and standing by our travelers when challenges arise is very important to us. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in South America and to be part of a future journey under smoother circumstances. Warm regards, Ana
We had a great day. Our Guide Lorraina was lovely and very helpful particularly trying to navigate getting across the Brazillian border with our passports and Visa. The walk was great which ended at the bridge looking at the Devil's Throat. The only suggestion I have is that the Guide should check that the Australian passengers should not only have their passports but also their printed Visa because we wasted a lot of time at the Brazillian Immigration, where 1 person who forget their Visa and wasn't allowed in and had to go back to the their hotel.
Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the day and that the visit to the falls was a highlight. We also appreciate your comments regarding the border crossing and documentation, as entry requirements are determined by immigration authorities and can vary by nationality. Your feedback is very helpful for reinforcing these details with future travelers. Best regards
It was a good tour that helped up maneuver the obstacles from the Argentina side hotel. You need a Brazilian VISA. Crossing the border was easy. The guide was good was a little unorganized but it was really crowded that day. The falls are amazing. No bugs.
Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the tour helped make the border crossing straightforward and that you enjoyed visiting the falls. We also appreciate your comments about the busy conditions that day, which can sometimes impact the flow of the visit. Best regards
It is an amazing experience, a unique view, simple and short walk, the Brazilian brothers makes you. Feeling at home and the organization you own is unique
