Going to see the falls was my whole reason for coming. Great experience, great guide, great atmosphere!
Never picked me up - after booking, no confirmation on pick up time. Waited 2.5 hours and no communication, driver showed up then immediately left.
The tour that had been confirmed was cancelled by the local tour operator the night before. However, the amount for the tour has been debited from my account. I look forward to the refund!
The enormity of the falls. The walk over the river. The guide took care of me as I was the only person who wasn't fluent in Spanish.
The Iguazzu falls Itself Was Fantastic: However, this trip does Not Really need a viator Type Travel group To go With. You just need transpo from Your hotel to Falls.once You get there you don’t Realty need A Tour guide. It’s all pretty much self Explanatory. To think I paid US$100 + a ride To and from The Falls. Our tour guide even lost us as He did Not Give good Instructions for Us.
Iguazu itself was fantastc and guide was very helpful although being in a large group slowed down the border crossings.
Wonderful activity eventhough it was raining and a little foggy. The tour guide did a great job of giving information in both english and spanish.
The Brazilian side of the falls are impressive! The return was a little stressful because we arrived back at our hotel at 2 pm, not the stated 12:30pm, and we had to catch a flight that afternoon.
Well priced tour of Brazilian side. Unfortunately they go in the morning and that's when biggest crowds are. You only have 1hr 45min to see the falls. It is barely enough time to absorb as you fight crowds. Considering the border crossing service is included it is still worth it just know it is not the same as going alone. We were also with group of Chinese tourists doing helicopter tour so our guide had to hold their hands on where to go and how to meet up after. I don't like being on someone else schedule. My recommendation is to filter tourists who are only going to falls.
Booked this tour and was extremely disappointed. Operated by the bus company and your company desperately. Bus company confirmed our drop off point and that's it. Zero communication from either side and no response to messages confirming a time. Went to get picked up at time stated on tour and a bus came by at that time and said it was for us. Half hour later heard from the tour company for the first time asking where we were. Turns out it wasn't our bus. Tour went on without us. Asked for refund, tour company sent us to bus company, bus company is silent. The might be good but we have no idea. Terrible communication. Just go do the Brazil side yourself. It's an easy process and cheaper.
