Led by a local food expert, you’ll experience the flavors and traditions that turn a Brazilian BBQ into a true social celebration. Unlike a touristy steakhouse, this guided dinner takes place in a classic churrascaria where locals actually gather, full of laughter, aroma, and rhythm. You’ll learn about the cuts, the wines, and the stories behind the grill, all while sharing the table with fellow travelers who arrive as strangers and leave as friends. It’s not just about what you eat, but what you take home: a deeper understanding of Brazil’s culture — and memories that will flavor your meals forever. We offer two dining options: Churrascaria Palace, a 5-star Brazilian steakhouse with a wide variety of beef, pork, chicken, seafood, sushi, and even fish typical of the Amazon. The other experience is at Churrascaria Carretão, a 4-star Brazilian steakhouse focused on beef, pork, and chicken. Both experiences include one bottle of wine per person.

A great experience, where cooking together is a pleasant and fun time. The leader ensures that everyone is comfortable, and is ready to participate fully. The course is sprinkled with anecdotes and exchanges around the culture of Brazil, its geography. The course ends with the tasting of the prepared dishes. It really takes a colorful character, a chef, and a real master of ceremonies!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! Roberto the chef was informative, very helpful, and made the entire session fun and engaging.
