We had a great time in Hugo's class. We ranged from people with extensive wine knowledge to a non-drinker, and we all found the discussion interesting and useful. It was a great introduction to Bordeaux.

Really enjoyed our wine tasting experience - they showed us how to properly taste wine from colour to smell to taste and how to differentiate between grape varieties. Highly recommend this

This was an excellent introduction to our week in the Bordeaux region. We developed an understanding of the different grapes from the regions, identifying the characteristics and enjoying the looks, smells and tastes. Pairings were excellent. My daughter and I learned so much and loved it. Thank you!

This was not just a wine tasting, it was more like a short class with a lot of content. And they were not trying to sell wines, rather educate. It was well presented and fun.

Excellent experience - introduction to Bordeaux wines in a small group by a welcoming and knowledgeable host. We wanted to learn a bit about the wines (annd sample them obviously) and this was the perfect way to do it.
