Our guide was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Medoc wines and even helped watch our children while we toured the chateaux. She took us to the best place for lunch and really made the day great! We would recommend this tour to anyone!
Went with Karim from Ophorus Excursions on an all day tour to wineries in the Bordeaux Medoc region. Toured three wineries of different types and tasted wines at each place. Karim was an excellent guide and we had a relaxing and fun visit
Our tour group consisted of 4 couples from around the world and a delightful tour leader. We had all had a lot of varied experiences in wine tastings and tours. Happily, our tour guide Karim did a wonderful job tailoring our experience to the level which we were all educated, informed and kept entertained. We spent 3 days throughout the regions with terrific lunches, wine tastings and sightseeing.
<p>Drive through the countryside and the visit to three wineries outstanding. Would highly recommend for those interested in the Medoc wines.</p>
<p>The booking was painless although it did require a phone call. Advanced phone calls to the operator produced a very specialized tour for our group. We were experienced wine drinkers and collectors and the operator provided a very experienced tour guide. He lived and worked in the California wine industry for several years. David had no accent and spoke perfect english. The experience surpassed our wildest expectations.</p>
