Kenny was awesome!!!!! So knowledgeable about the island and the caves. Clearly safety first - giving my teen boys some bandwidth to explore but watching closely. Kenny was superb at reading the room - he could see who needed more or less help and addressed each person accordingly. The caves were phenomenal and his explanations terrific. My family learned so much and are still talking about it!
This was a great experience with a great guide. Swimming in the cave was so cool and even got to swim underwater to a hidden room. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing adventure. Make sure you bring or wear shoes that have a good grip. Lots of climbing and moving around slick surfaces. Both caves are very different and fun to explore. Our guide Kenny was amazing! So knowledgeable and kept our group informed and safe.
Kenny was the best tour guide ever! He was super attentive to us. He showed us where to safely take each step and even helped us dive down to access the next cave. BEST TOUR I HAVE EVER TAKEN!!!
Completely not what I was expecting. This is a very naturally athletic tour and our guide Kenny was fantastic. I felt like a kid agin. Kenny is SUPER helpful & knowledgable, and I highly recommend taking this adventure. WEAR SNEAKERS! Bring a backpack, you'll need it because you'll be using your hands climbing.
It is amazing. The cave snorkel was breathtaking! We had a group of 7 ages 11-60. Everyone loved it. It was a bit physically challenging but very doable! Our guide was so kind, patient and helpful!

The tour guide never showed up or answered the phone. We left message to no avail. After waiting at the meeting place an hour we gave up and just walked around town. Very disappointed and will be contesting the charge with credit card company.
We’re very sorry for your experience and completely understand how frustrating it is to lose a day of your vacation. On that day, the guide was involved in a serious accident and had to be urgently transferred to the hospital. This happened suddenly and made it impossible for the tour to go ahead. We did send messages to the phone number provided in the booking as soon as the situation unfolded, but it appears this did not reach you in time, which understandably made it seem like a no-show.
