What a fantastic experience. Stephen (our tour guide) arrived as scheduled (07:30) at our hotel to pick us up (me & my cousin). Stephen gave us a warm greeting and an overview of what to expect for the day. We set off with Stephen providing a detailed account of the history of each parish we were entering along our journey, highlighting key landmarks in good time for us to take pictures. Stephen is very knowledgeable and was open and capable of answering most questions we asked throughout the day. Stephen went above and beyond on this trip, taking us to all the locations on the itinerary list in addition to a few more including Trench Town, Kingston. We had mentioned that we were looking to get some rum that was exclusive to Jamaica as Wray and Nephew is widely available. He recommended Charleys (JB) which we secured for us in order to take back to the UK. He also gave us the option on the return trip back to the hotel to take a more scenic route but warned there are a lot of potholes. We deicided to accept the offer which was incredible. We ended up getting back at roughly 8pm. I highly recommend anyone looking for an informative, engaging experience to seriously consider this tour experience with Stephen. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Greetings. Much respect for doing the tour and this 5 star review . Hope you'll be able to come back to paradise in the near future .
Great experience, our driver Prince was friendly and educative, he driver is very safely as well. The tour was totally worth it
Thanks for doing the tour . Glad you enjoyed it and Prince got you there safely . Hopefully you'll get to return to our beautiful island soon and experience much more of paradise .
It was an amazing day. The driver Prince was very attentive and concerned, always with the support of Mr Steven, who helped us communicate because we do not speak English. We thank you very much for that
43 people crowded in one little room you can't even breathe. No questions allowed and there's more information about rastafari movement than the artist. On top of it toilets were broken so a huge queue had formed to use the single working toilet. Considering that Bob Marley is globally known a more decent presentation is deserving.
This tour was great .Got to visit and see stuff that once belong to Bob Marley. Learned lots of things I didn't know. I would take this tour again. Bring cash. If you smoke they have a place you can buy and a room to smoke it in.
Greetings thanks for doing the tour . And yes for now the dispensary on property is only accepting cash . Hope you can come back soon and see lots more of our beautiful island
Prince and Steven Blake are very nice men. Prince drove us all the way to Kingston (2h30) while talking about the area. We met Steven Blake ,he speaks good English while talking about Jamaica. Drove us to Kingston Bob Marley Museum where we got our tickets from him + took nice pictures of us and send then to my WhatsApp and waited for us.Then drove us to lunch at a mall and to Devon house for ice scream ( which he paided for ) We also got a nice look at the park with the national heroes and some explaination about these people. Prince drove us back to Montego Bay and we got off at our hotel. Very good service and very friendly people. Also nice car !
Thank you so much for your 5 star review !! Happy you enjoyed our tour and loved the ice cream it was our pleasure showing you the city of Kingston and the Bob Marley museum.
Amazing the tour the guide was very knowledgeable and funny an awesome insight into jamaicas king of reggae shame you weren't allowed to take pics inside his house but plenty of pics taken outside it worth every penny and a must see while visiting this beautiful island
Thanks for doing the tour with me and thanks for your 5 star review . Unfortunately photos are not allowed in the house due to copyright infringement issues . Happy you were able to get some on the outside . Much respect again for your review
We had a wonderful time! We learned information about Bob Marley that we didn’t know, we learned stuff about Jamaica and tried Coconut water, home made bread and a slice of heaven (cake or pie)! Also, Steven is very helpful assisting with photos and he helped me with my husband who has disabilities.
Greetings thank you so much for doing this tour with us . Delighted we could have given you a slice of heaven . And shown you a bit of our beautiful island paradise . Looking forward to your return and being able to show you much more of paradise . As we say in Jamaica until next time "walk good"
Man listen if you have Steven Blake as your guide you will have the best time ever I can't even explain how enjoyable he made our day. He goes above and beyond
Much respect . Thanks for doing the tour so happy we could have helped you have the best time ever . Trusting you will get to return to our island paradise in the near future and see and do much more.
Where do I even begin with how amazing this tour was. Our driver, Steven, took such amazing care of us. From the beginning of the tour he gave us the history of every Parish we went through (I believe we went through 6 of them) before reaching Kingston. Along the way he stopped and had us try hallelujah pie, which is a coal fired sweet potato pudding. After that he made another stop at Tastees, a beef patti shop, because we told him we hadn’t tried any yet. Mind you, we’re from New York so we’ve had plenty of beef patties and cocoa bread. The beef patties here pale in comparison to the ones we tasted in Kingston. Once at the museum he took pictures of us in front of all the murals outside with a professional camera. They came out beautiful, by the way. After the museum he ended our tour with ice cream from Devon’s house and of course he gave us the history about the property. On our ride home we all drank coconut water and tried the jelly from it. We ate some jackfruit and vibed out to Bob Marley while looking at the beautiful scenery Jamaica has to offer. He made our trip an unforgettable one. Big shout outs to Steven for real for real! Thank you for treating us like family!
🌴✨ Respect & Love! ✨🌴 Give thanks for such a beautiful review. It was truly my pleasure showing you around and sharing a piece of Jamaica with you. I’m so happy you enjoyed the stops for hallelujah pie, Tastee patties, and all the little extras along the way – those are the experiences that make the journey unforgettable. Capturing your moments at the Bob Marley Museum and sharing a vibe with coconut water, jackfruit, and some good Marley tunes on the ride back felt like family time. That’s what Rasta Taxi is all about – not just a tour, but a real Jamaican experience. I appreciate the big shout-out – much love and blessings to you all, Until next time, keep the island spirit with you! 🇯🇲💛💚❤️ One Love, Steven – Rasta Taxi Jamaica 🚖
