We fortunately had calm seas on our transfer from Gili Air to Serangan. And the service overall was excellent. However the AC did not work and it was quite warm on the 3+ hour trip. The crew was prepared with cold towels towards the end, which made me think this may be an ongoing challenge. This service is reliable and the captain is good (hand steered to ride swell and minimize beating against waves). But be prepared with some extra water, snacks and cool clothing. There are cold beverages for purchase to help as well.
The boat used was clean and the staff cared for. They look out for any problems and provide a small bottle of water and mint candy. The crossing is a long and agitated one because the boat is not large. If you were seasick opt for a larger boat. You will be placed by the staff, first in at the beginning of the boat and last on the end (it moves more). Great experience for magical islands.

I made a transfer from Bali (padang bai) to Gili. The company is modern and allows a comfortable Welcoming, with in particular at the port an air-conditioned waiting room. The boats are also very modern (comfortable seats and air conditioning ), with water, mint pellets and anti-nausea if necessary. I only put 4/5 and not 5/5 because the boats are relatively small even if everything is well secured, we unfortunately had waves that day and the crossing was a bit agitated. I would recommend taking bigger boats (but it remained very well supervised hence the 4).
Really nice trip from Bali to Gili Air. Quiet and quiet with good conditions in the harbor in Sanur, and quiet and quiet boarding. Good service and high information aboard both roads. Boarding onto Gili Air was good according to the conditions there are. The only thing that came out was that our transfer from Gili Air to Gili Meno was not coordinated, and we had to spend an hour and a half calling etc to find it.
Terrible harbor 2 hours later than the time at the websibe,inform people about that! Harbor is tooo small we needed 1,5 hour wait on the boat to arrive at the harbor! Its mess harbor , terrible there! Government need to do sth with that
It all worked out great. From the booking, hotel pickup (the driver was even much earlier, but waited, the car was super clean and the driver super nice) the check-in was very professional, the suitcases were marked directly and you didn't even have to worry about it. The waiting area clean, air conditioned, clean toilet, with drinks and snacks and travel tablets. You were escorted directly to the boat, the suitcases were stored below deck. On board everyone got free water, you could also buy other drinks and snacks. The boat has made a very secure impression. There were life jackets and spit bags for everyone. There was also a safety briefing. There was a movie on the drive.

Seats tight and not comfortable. Fortunately the staff is nice, they give a bottle of water and candy but it's a long time given that the course is a loop. Observed schedules.

They don't respond to communications or abide by their stated policies so best to choose a different mode of transportation. There's lots of options out there to get between the islands.

Definitely a safe transport to get from Bali to Gili Air. Consulting a little 'other companies, I Recommendation because, although expensive, you are sure to leave and not overbook. On the way we took an hour longer for an engine failure and on the way back the Guide, in our opinion, was partly reckless. It was going really fast and a lot of passengers were sick. That said, everything is normal. Friendly and professional staff and precise and punctual transport. What I liked least are the meeting points. Necessarily you were in a bar or restaurant so somehow you had to consume something. Also, when we arrived back, it was not possible to have transport other than theirs because the area is barricaded compared to taxis like Grab and Gojek. On the way out we had to change hotels and then, 7 days in advance, we notified them of the change. Despite being closer to the ship's place of departure, they increased our fare by 60 000 rupees, in my opinion without justification, since our transport was private and did not have to be arranged with anyone else.

I was very worried about transfers from Bali to Gili after reading each other’s comments. I finally chose BlueWater which had better reviews. I confirm that the transfer went very well from the preparation of the check-in to the arrival and delivery of the luggage. Super professional. I recommend.
