The Cooking School is designed for anyone with a passion for Thai cooking. It orients participants in the Blue Elephant culinary philosophy. This gives them a context to understand, appreciate, and create dishes that comprise our authentic Thai cuisine menu. Classes are conducted in a warm, open, and interactive atmosphere, where we encourage students to participate and ask questions. There is a special emphasis on familiarizing students with local ingredients, theory sessions, and practical cooking sessions. Our kitchens are fully equipped and are among the most modern you can find anywhere in the world. • Learn how to cook popular 4 Thai dishes and the delicious dessert with our certified chefs. • Children are allowed to take the course and share the cooking station with their parents. • Dine on your creations after the class. A bit more formal than other class I took in Bangkok. Extremely professional and Joy our instructor allowed us to ask many questions. Learned alot.
What a great experience! Many recipes with fresh and, on reflection, a minimal number of ingredients. Very well supported during the class (with assistants coming in and preparing your cooking station during demonstrations) giving you the time to listen and learn from the course instructor. Friendly staff, well structured course and your chef sharing some trade secrets!
