Lakpura Travel put together a 9-day tour of Sri Lanka that hit the highlights, mostly in the Southern half of the country. Nalinda took my requests and revisions and created a nice custom tour. I told him "fewer temples and more elephants" and that is how we did it. Hotels were quite good, with a mix of 5-star,4-star, and a 3-star place. Most were surprisingly good, with only one dud out of half dozen hotels. Our driver, Rajitha was unfailingly cheerful, polite, punctual, and careful on the roads. I requested a non-smoking driver and non-smoking car and that was what was provided to us. All in all, high marks. Highly recommended.
