CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

The Only travel company I would do business with. Clean , luxurious , and respectful. They don’t let you touch the bags , they have drinks if needed , AC works perfect , locating them at the airport is easy , communication is wonderful
Before arrival we communicated with Alberto on whats app. He tracked our flight and met us with a sign with our name on it right outside terminal 3. Comfortable drive and wine, beer and water is included in the price. A very nice and calm arrival after many hours on the plane.
I am always a little bit nervous when booking transportation for myself and my family when we are out of the country. This has, by far, been the best experience we have had. The company communicated with me prior to our arrival, so I was able to respond to their message when our flight was delayed (even though they were also checking our flight arrival) without having to search my email confirmation on who I should contact. Samuel, our airport host, was excellent. He sent me pictures of where to look for him, told me what he was wearing and that just made everything so much easier. He walked us to the car and our driver was professional, gave us some hand sanitzer and offered us drinks. The drive was great. I can't say enough good things about STP Caribe.

Easy booking, great communication, on time pick up, impeccable service by Alberto and the company. Great price and well worth it. It was our anniversary, they went above and beyond. Customized the welcome sigh to reflect our anniversary and even decorated the van with so.e balloons and streamers. Our driver Alberto was great!! The black van was clean on the outside and inside. We will be booking with this company from now on when in Cancun!!
Joaquin was our driver and he was a pleasure. Upon arrival he realized i was celebrating a birthday and did an impromptu bday decoration. I would request him again my next time here.
The van was very nice. The driver was nice too! The water and cold towels were a nice touch, especially after a long flight.
Our driver Juan Daniel, was awesome. He arrived early, with a black clean SUV. The vehicle was nice and cold too. He offered cold bottle water. Most definitely will book with STP transportation again. Very professional service.
