Biscuit and Brunch Class with Chef Regina
Description
You will learn so much from Chef Regina. It is a very personal, informative experience. Classes are limited to eight guests. You get to eat a wonderful brunch with new friends. You are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverage you like. If you let Regina know what set ups you need, she is happy to provide those. Bottled water and juice is available for all classes. You will also leave with a special gift from Chef Regina. Her Tea towel with her biscuit recipe printed on it and a biscuit cutter.

One of my best and most fun events ever. Class was informative and results yummy. Regina is a gracious and charming chef who truly loves her food and sharing it with others. She earned the title biscuit queen.
Regina's Cooking School was an absolute win! We were lucky enough to be in her last class at the current location before they move to a bigger space this September. We will definitely be back! Regina is a fascinating, precious woman. She had the best stories, and her food was incredible. We attended the brunch class and learned how to make several dishes. I don't know if I'll ever truly replicate her famous biscuits, but I'm certainly going to try! She is the perfect hostess and teacher. 🥂✨

My wife and I went during our 10th Anniversary trip and really enjoyed this class, she took the time to explain every step of the process and had us join. The food was top notch when we finished and we alsl were givin a bad that had the recipes and and tea towels and biscuit cutters as well.
This was an amazing experience. Chef Regina makes super delicious food and is a gifted teacher. Don’t miss this class if you are in Natchez.
So much fun…. My mother, sister, aunt, and cousin learned so much. It’s was the best. We are already planning to attend another class asap.
