Biologist Owned & Operated: Dolphin Watching & Guided Snorkeling

Description
Introducing Squid! The quietest experience you will have on a boat while watching dolphins. We worked with David Walworth, an MIT educated Naval Architect and Principal Engineer known for his high-efficiency catamaran designs, to build the perfect boat for our trips from scratch. Our amazing crew are closely trained by our Honest Eco Biologists. Crew training starts on land with research and mission alignment before moving onto the water where we hone our seamanship skills and work to become as effective as possible at delivering on our Purpose. We Work to Spread the Value of Wildlife Conservation “People Protect What They Love.” Jacques Costeau said it, and it inspires us at Honest Eco as we work to help people discover and fall in love with the environment we are all part of. We are continuously learning and pushing ourselves to be as environmentally responsible as possible.

An incredible four hours on the beautiful Key West waters with two amazing crew. We saw over 20 dolphins and baby dolphins. The snorkel portion at an incredible reef included seeing a loggerhead turtle, shark and many other tropical fish. And the last stop at a beautiful sand bar was complete with Sav serving us fresh fruit while we relaxed on the sandbar. Don’t miss this tour. It was true to its HonestEco name. We learned so much from Sav the biologist crew member. It was a small group of 16 and suitable for beginners to experienced. Thank you for the best day we had in Key West.
Absolutely phenomenal time! We loved the whole afternoon and guide and captain. They made the trip very enjoyable and we would love to go again. Best part of our mini vacation
Amazing tour with amazing captain and first mate. Libbie and Charlie were very personable and knowledgeable about marine environments, aquatic life, and the ins and outs of the keys. Size of the tour was perfect with around 15 people. Any questions we had they were able to answer and brought us to some great spots to snorkel and see dolphins!
This was just as described. Captain Mo & Charlie were awesome to spend a few hours with. I’m 49 & my 20 something daughters loved it too. Sandbar swimming - lovely!
Captain Mo and First Mate / Biologist Charlie are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We did not see any dolphins this day however we did see and got to hold a Spiney Lobster and Sea Star which were pretty cool and, we got to observe a couple of little sting rays! All in all a very enjoyable half day adventure. I would absolutely do this again. Fresh vegetables and fruit were a plus.
We had a wonderful outing! Christina and Heather were our captain and first mate. They did an amazing job! They were friendly and informative. We got to get up close to about 20 dolphins who swam all around the boat! We had a great time snorkeling and even had a surprise stop at the end to swim at a sandbar. I highly recommend this for people looking for a tour that isn’t drinking/partying but more nature focused.
Must do! Worth every dollar and more! Noah and Sara are informative, fantastic and fun! I saw many of my fav fish; huge angel, porcupine, butterfly and cowfish! We would have stayed on the sand bar all day! The dolphins were playful and showing off! It was the perfect excursion! Their fresh fruit was sweet & delish! So glad we booked this tour! Bring cash to tip...they deserve it! Beyond a memorable trip!
We had the absolute best time on this trip. The captain and the guide were so welcoming, helpful and informative. Claire (and I forget the other person's name) and the captain hung out with our kids and answered all their questions. They even let them drive the boat for a second. Thanks for giving us an unforgettable day!
The water is likely to be murky, so don't expect clear views. If you suffer from motion sickness, this might not be the best activity. If you're hoping for sea turtles, you may be disappointed. The dolphins were amazing, though.
We had a great time with Noah and Sarah. We saw many dolphins and had a fun time snorkeling.
