Our guided small-group rides are a fun, safe activity and a great way to get out, explore, and connect. This authentic tour goes beyond downtown into Montreal's hip, must-see 'hoods, giving you a behind-the-scenes feel for the city's relaxed way of life. We'll set you up on a quality bike that's a genuine pleasure to ride, then lead you on a loop route along uncrowded bike paths, quiet streets, and charming green laneways. This is our staff-favourite tour. You'll cruise through the artsy Plateau and Mile-End, take in views of Mont-Royal from Outremont, then roll on to the charming neighbourhoods of Little Italy and Petite-Patrie. Your guide is one of our specially trained Montreal ambassadors, there to share the stories of Montrealers and their culture, from musical heroes to culinary icons to the open-minded residents and students who fill these streets today. Even if you've lived here for years, you'll discover something new.

Our electric bike ride provided an easy and safe way to see a different part of Montreal. Lots of parks, houses and murals/art along the route. Anne-Louise was a friendly and informative tour guide.

We had a wonderful bike tour with Anna Louise. She was actually our guide for 2 tours one on downtown Montreal and a second that toured the Hidden gems in several neighborhoods surrounding Montreal. Both we great tours seeing very different places. Highly recommend

Absolutely lovely! Great to get out of City Center and explore greater Montreal. Our guide Rufus is as good as it gets! He was so knowledgeable. And passionate. Great at working with our group of 10 cyclists through park paths, bike lanes and busy roads. I’m an experienced cyclist and he did a wonderful job with everyone!

We loved our tour with AM in the am. She showed us all the sights in the lesser-known areas of Montreal and kept a nice pace. Very scenic and we felt safe even in a bit of rain along the way. Learned about Montreal and had some exercise. Great way to start the day.

Walking tours let you see monuments. Biking tours let you see neighborhoods. They're just such a nice way to cover a lot of the city. We had an absolutely gorgeous Sunday morning ride with Felix, and he was an excellent guide. We visited so many places, and he gave us great recommendations for a follow up ride (which we did by ourselves 2 days later). We've really learned a lot more about Montreal than we expected to. We've been here a week with friends and this was everybody's favorite activity that we did.

We had such a great time with Fitz Montréal Bike Tours, and it ended up being one of our favourite experiences during our trip. Our tour guide, Sandy, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. She took us through interesting neighbourhoods and places we probably would not have discovered on our own, while sharing stories about Montréal’s history, culture, and local life. I also really appreciated how kind and accommodating the whole team was. They took the time to find a bike that was suitable and comfortable for my height, which made such a difference and allowed me to enjoy the tour without worrying. The pace was comfortable, the route was enjoyable, and it was such a fun way to explore a different side of Montréal. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see more than just the usual tourist spots.

If you want to experience the true soul of Montreal from a local perspective, look no further than this bike tour. We had the pleasure of having Jeff as our guide and he was the best! From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire group feel right at home. What really set this tour apart, however, was Jeff’s depth of knowledge. As a college history professor in his "day job," he brought such a fascinating, intellectual perspective to the city’s diverse ethnic neighborhoods. It was a highlight to hear him share personal stories about his own Portuguese heritage from his grandparents emigration to Canada in the 50s to his Portuguese Canadian life experience and how it connects to the history of the city. It added such a rich, human element to the experience. The pacing of the tour was absolutely perfect. It struck the ideal balance between just enough exercise (a light work-out) and plenty of well-timed stops to experience neighborhoods off the beaten path. Snacks along the way were a fantastic touch! We couldn't have asked for a better way to see Montreal and cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you, Jeff, for such a wonderful memory!
