The tour was great! Chiharu was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and made sure we got to the things we wanted to see. She also gave us tips on navigating the subway system and good places to eat for our trip!

Chiharu was absolutely amazing. As first time visitors, we did not know what to expect or have much of an opinion on what to see. (We wanted to see it all). She did a fantastic job making recommendation and getting us to all the highlights. She provided knowledge and insight to the culture, rituals, and history. We are visiting Japan for the first time. We scheduled our guide to meet us our first full day here. She was great! Helped us navigate the subway system the first time and went with us to all of our chosen spots. She also took photos of me and my children during our tour.
