No one turn up to pick us up. Waited for more than 1 hour and still no pick up done! So dissapointed & our plan cancel!

This excursion is better suited families with kids and not adult couples. lacked a lot of information, was unstructured and the waiting time was very long. After hotel pickups we drove 2-3 hours with no information. When we finally get there, the driver says “monkey and temple 30 minutes” and afterwards we get to “waterfall 30 minutes”. I was definitely not expecting a guided tour, but a little information can go a long way. Then we get to the river rafting, which is at an activity camp. We only booked 5km river rafting and ziplining, but some in our group had ATV and elephant riding as well, which meant we would have to wait for everyone to complete their activities. We arrived around 12 and left at 5 pm. In total the ziplining was 15 minutes (10 of them in line, 5 on the Zipline) and river rafting was a maximum of 45 minutes including getting down to the “boats” and back to the camp. That means we spent a good 4 hours just waiting for the others to finish. Luckily we had a couple episodes of our series downloaded and a set of playing cards. Otherwise I would have gone mad. We were just sitting by the outside eating area waiting. There was also no structure at the camp. There were multiple groups and they were not good at informing which group should go where and when, especially if you only booked part of the activities. Maybe put the groups together so they have the same activities? We upgraded from 5km. river rafting to 7km for 400baht pr. person. It was fun, but not as wild as hoped for. I think this excursion is better for families with younger kids (10-15yo). Not “wild” enough for adults. The ziplining was not that interesting either. One straight line over a very small lake-ish area. Also if we knew they offered elephant riding on the camp and in other packages from the same excursion supplier, we would not have booked through them. Personally not very ethical to us. However, the staff and guides wee very kind and helpful.

A few days ago I wondered into their office wanting to book a certain trip. I got help and great service and ended up booking a similar day trip. For a pretty cheap price I got: ATV, elephant riding, Whitewater rafting, Omega, lunch, monkey cave and Buddhist temple. It was the most compact and eventful day of my trip.

It was great fun with rafting water was so clean and nice wish can stay longer and tour guide is professional.I would recommend everyone big thanks Phuket shanti travel.
