Excellent organization of our stay and visits for 2 weeks in Sri Lanka! Menaka, the head of the agency constantly ensured the smooth running of our trip! It was very good advice before the trip and always available during our itinerary. Our driver guide, Hemantha, was very attentive to each of us. A true guardian angel! He is an expert on local wildlife and especially birds. Thanks to him, I was able to satisfy my passion for wildlife photography!

15 of us did this trip as we are batch mates and we all turned 70 last year. This Company was recommended to me by a friend. When I called Menaka and told him of our interests, he gave me the absolute confidence that he will be able to make our dream come true. He was so prompt in his dealings with me. Very courteous, accommodating and helped us to plan our destinations of interests The two drivers assigned to us were par excellent. They catered to all our requests, stopping for thambili, other interests without a trace of impatience. We felt so safe with them. Menaka periodically would check with me if all was going well. Sri Lanka was truly a wow experience, but not just because of the scenery — it’s a trip that leaves you with perspective and understanding by the end. We visited all the must-see places and stayed in excellent hotels throughout. The route was very well balanced and included wildlife, nature, culture, and real local life: elephants, lagoons and river safaris, monkeys, villages, and daily encounters with warm, welcoming locals. Highlights: Sigiriya was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel in Nuwara Eliya and the whole “Little England” area were another standout — cooler weather, beautiful views, and a completely different atmosphere from the coast. Wildlife & attractions: Some places can feel very touristy, especially in high season. One honest tip: an elephant safari isn’t really necessary if you visit an elephant recovery farm instead — it’s more meaningful and calmer. If wildlife is important to you, it’s better to include Yala National Park, which gives a much richer experience. Accommodation: All the hotels we stayed in were top-level — comfort, service, and locations were excellent, and they really upgraded the entire trip. Transport & guide: Our driver and guide, Hemantha, deserves special mention. Easily one of the best drivers in Sri Lanka — professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the country, traditions, and wildlife. Having the right guide makes a huge difference here, and he did. Food: We loved the food and often asked to stop at local places, which turned out to be some of the best meals of the trip. Fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Activities: Most activities were very good. The cooking class was okay but more moderate compared to everything else, tea collecting experience was very nice and special. Tips for future travelers: Combine wildlife with the must-see sights, but be aware that some “must-see” places are more suited to backpackers than travelers looking for comfort. Sri Lanka is amazing — but you should choose the route based on the type of traveler you are. Who this trip is for: Perfect for travelers who love wildlife, authentic local life, and real local food. If you don’t enjoy nature, animals, or cultural experiences, this may not be the right destination. Communication with Menaka: Always online, quick answers, truly helpful and care. Do all his best to upgrade the experience. Overall, Sri Lanka exceeded expectations and left us with memories — and lessons — that stay with you long after the trip ends

I did a two week tour around Sri Lanka with my family in August. Our guide, Hemantha was incredibly knowledgeable of Sri Lanka; particularly when regarding the biodiversity and different landscapes. He was also very friendly and humorous, and made the trip so much more enjoyable!
