Important Information

- Since the tour’s route might require the bus to cross the border between Italy and Switzerland, non-European citizens are required to present a passport to pass Swiss customs, while European citizens can use a valid ID card. All documents must be original (no photocopies or digital versions).
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- During hot days, wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun
- Transportation by Coach from/to MIlan. We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

The tourguide Katia is very responsible, she checked every person and group every time in the meeting point. A nice tour guide with enough information during boat trip. I could tell she was busy shifting from speaking English and Spanish information. The boat trip was not so good experience as the ferry was slow and crowded. I booked private boat option but the travel agent just said it was not offered a few days beforehand. That was sad but overall this experience was still very enjoyable. Good weather and good scenery of Lake Como!

The instructor Sonia is very a nice lady with all a very fun vibe. We all really liked her and her knowledge about comp was good too. The drive is a bit long tho
The tour was excellent and was very well organized. The guide demonstrated a high level of professionalism, extensive knowledge, and exceptional attention throughout the entire experience. As for Bellagio, I consider it a destination with excessively high prices and that, for a tourist on a medium budget, it does not offer a tourist attraction proportional to its cost.
If you want a really in-depth experience of Milan and Como, I would strongly recommend. Kevin is a fantastic guide who is extremely knowledgeable about the area. I wouldn’t have had the same experience if I went on my own.

A really good guide, who was always taking care of us. He talked not only about history, also interesting facts as films or stuff like that. Also, he made a reservation for us to eat at Bellagio. I really recommend this guide tour!
