Cancelled and Left Me to Deal with Viator

Just a few hours before the scheduled tour, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp asking me to cancel because there weren’t enough attendees. They refused to cancel the booking themselves, even though they were the ones unable to run the tour. Instead, I had to waste time going back and forth with Viator to get it sorted. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

Great half day tour in Cebu with knowledgable guide and interesting places.

Booking was easy and pick up was convenient. The tour provided a good mix of site seeing and historical visits for Cebu. I booked the 1 p.m. tour, and it was a bit hot, but manageable. The tour guide (Keen/Kevin) was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure everyone had good pictures and memories. He also made good recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The transport was comfortable and cool. Our group was small, and it helped since the van was not packed. All and all, I recommend this tour if you are interested in Cebu and its history and have 1/2 day to kill. Be prepared, Kevin insists on taking lots of pictures for you :)

Good overview of the city's history - Mini Amsterdam unnecessary tour extension

The city tour was very good. Rix gave us a lot of information about history, country and people. The drive to the mountains was lengthy, also because of the traffic and the minature worlds just cheesy and unnecessary. We were on this tour for almost 7 hours - just too long.
