See the beautiful Marina and Barcelona's trendy beach
Casa Batlló is one of Antoni Gaudí’s most imaginative creations on Passeig de Gràcia. Redesigned in 1904, the building is famous for its colorful mosaic façade, bone-like balconies, and a roof shaped like a dragon’s back. Inside, flowing lines, natural light, and marine-inspired details showcase Gaudí’s distinctive Modernist style.
Plaça d’Espanya is one of Barcelona’s largest and most important squares, built for the 1929 International Exhibition. It is marked by the twin Venetian Towers and sits at the foot of Montjuïc, near the Magic Fountain and the former bullring, now the Arenas shopping center. The square serves as a major transport hub and a grand gateway to the Montjuïc area.
Casa Amatller is a prominent Modernist building on Passeig de Gràcia, designed in 1898 by architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. Its distinctive stepped gable façade, inspired by Flemish Gothic architecture, contrasts with Gaudí’s neighboring Casa Batlló. Rich decorative details and sculpted stonework reflect the wealth and taste of the Amatller chocolate-making family who commissioned it.
Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC) is housed in the grand Palau Nacional on Montjuïc hill. The museum is renowned for its outstanding collection of Romanesque frescoes, as well as Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and modern Catalan art. Its elevated position also offers panoramic views over Barcelona from the terraces.
La Mansana (Illa) de la Discòrdia, meaning “Block of Discord,” refers to a famous stretch of Passeig de Gràcia where leading Modernist architects competed through bold designs. The contrasting façades and decorative styles earned the block its nickname, making it one of Barcelona’s most striking showcases of Catalan Modernisme.
L’Anella Olímpica de Montjuïc is the main Olympic complex built for the 1992 Barcelona Games. Located on Montjuïc hill, it includes the Olympic Stadium (Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys), Palau Sant Jordi, and surrounding open spaces. Today, it hosts major sporting events, concerts, and public gatherings, offering wide views over the city.
La Pedrera, officially known as Casa Milà, is one of Antoni Gaudí’s most iconic Modernist buildings on Passeig de Gràcia. Completed in 1912, it is famous for its undulating stone façade and surreal rooftop chimneys. The innovative structure, natural light-filled courtyards, and flowing forms reflect Gaudí’s distinctive architectural vision.
Plaça de Catalunya is Barcelona’s central square and main meeting point, linking the historic old town with the modern Eixample district. Surrounded by shops, cafés, and major avenues such as La Rambla and Passeig de Gràcia, it serves as a key transport hub and a lively gateway to the city.
Visit the national park of Montserrat – admission entry included in the price. Montserrat is a dramatic mountain range about one hour from Barcelona, known for its unique serrated rock formations and panoramic views. It is home to the Benedictine monastery of Santa Maria de Montserrat, which houses the revered Black Madonna (La Moreneta), Catalonia’s patron saint. The area combines natural beauty, spiritual significance, and excellent hiking opportunities.
Abadía de Montserrat is a Benedictine monastery founded in the 11th century, dramatically set within the Montserrat mountains. It is one of Catalonia’s most important spiritual sites and home to the revered Black Madonna (La Moreneta). The abbey also features a basilica, and sweeping views over the surrounding landscape.
See this famous Boulevard which shops and Gaudi's architecture
One of Barcelona’s most atmospheric neighborhoods, known for its narrow medieval streets, boutique shops, lively cafés, and vibrant nightlife. Blending history and creativity, it is home to landmarks such as Santa Maria del Mar and offers a mix of local culture, artisan stores, and a relaxed yet trendy vibe
Stunning 14th-century Catalan Gothic church built by the city’s merchants and shipbuilders. It is known for its pure architectural lines, soaring columns, and luminous stained-glass windows
A panoramic outside visit to the Museu Picasso highlights the elegant Gothic palaces that house the museum in the heart of El Born. From the street, you can admire the medieval façades, stone archways, and quiet courtyards that reflect Barcelona’s historic character.

Montserrat was amazing. It was disappointing not to see the Olympic Games spot (couldn’t get out of bus) or Sagrada Família inside. Travel guide was very good and we enjoyed it.
Thank you for your review and saying the guide was very good and that you enjoyed the tour. If you wish to go inside Sagrada Familia (outside visit is included) then advance booking is needed to secure skip-the-line entry. Thank you!

This was an excellent tour from beginning to end. Steven was knowledgeable, personable, and gave us great information about the areas we were seeing. He did not talk endlessly just to fill time like some can do. I highly recommend this tour and tour company. It was a great day and very comfortable ride. The convenience of being picked up at the cruise ship with our luggage and then dropped off at our hotels afterwards cannot be beat!

Originally this was supposed to be a full day tour including Monserrat. When the Pope decided to come to Barcelona, the tour operator reported that logistics would be very difficult so it was shortened to a half day city tour. Although the driver/guide was very friendly, the whole tour was basically a drive by and was not what we had in mind. It probably should have been cancelled given the circumstances.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the Pope’s visit to Barcelona created major logistical difficulties throughout the city, including traffic restrictions, access issues, and timing concerns. Because of this exceptional situation, the original full-day tour including Montserrat had to be changed to a shorter city tour. We refunded you of course and even offered you a full refund due to the logistical constraints. We understand your disappointment, especially as Montserrat was part of the original plan. We are glad to hear the driver/guide was friendly, but we regret that the revised tour was not as planned. This was an unusual circumstance caused by a major citywide event, and we appreciate your understanding.

A great day out, in a small group, with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide whi was also our driver. Both Montserrat and the Familia Sagrada blew us all away. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you had such a memorable day. It’s also wonderful to know your guide made the experience even more enjoyable with their knowledge and friendliness. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you again on another adventure in the future! BarcelonaDayTours
Tour was fab and lots of information given. Walking part of tour was good and nice to see Barcelona for another perspective. Sagrada Família stop was excellent and good to see right the way around and guide stopped at all the points to get great photos. Spain Day tours kept in contact throughout booking process and then afterwards with clear instructions on where to meet for pick up and the long queues the port had with EES gates (gates were quick on the day we disembarked) Picked us up at port and then dropped us at airport which was great as we had later flight, filled in the day nicely and was good to see Barcelona in a few hours.
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed both the walking and panoramic parts of the tour and got to experience Barcelona from different perspectives. We’re also happy to know that our communication before and after your booking made everything smooth and stress-free, especially regarding the port meeting instructions and EES gate information. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back on another tour in the future! BarcelonaDayTours
Driver promptly picked us up at port. Driver pleasant and knowledgeable. Pretty much full day. Had plenty of time at each stop.

I was picked up on time from the port after my transatlantic cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas. I joined a small group tour. Alex was our driver/guide. The day was fantastic. Montserrat is beautiful. He explained everything to us and our time there was just perfect. One couple requested to take the cable car down and he pivoted and offered it to all of us. He met us at the bottom of the cable car while one couple chose to drive down with him. Alex was friendly and informative. He gave us a wonderful tour of Barcelona and dropped us off at various hotels. I will definitely book again the next time I am in Barcelona.
Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re so happy to hear that you had such a wonderful day with Alex after your cruise on Brilliance of the Seas. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are especially pleased to hear that you would book with us again on your next visit to Barcelona. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
