Best Full Day Private Medellin City Tour and Botero´s Plaza

A very informative and exciting tour through the city of Medellin. We also had the opportunity to visit the memorial of Pablo Escobar, which would not be safe without the guidance of a guide. Furthermore, the botanical garden with wild macaws, downtown Medellin, and various neighborhoods. Daniel speaks fluent English and Spanish and is an absolute insider, as he grew up in Medellin and can therefore narrate the history of Medellin in a very engaging way with his own experiences. My husband and I had the most amazing experience on the City Tour. David was our tour guide, who is very knowledgeable of the city history. We learned a lot from him about the history of Colombia. His English is excellent and he is an excellent guide. If there were more stars I would definitely give him more 10/10 -seriously speaking. Way to go David! Keep up the excellent job!

I have meet to David yesterday to make another tour and today I´ve repeat due same reason than yesterday, closeness, knowledge and great vibe. Loved the trip. The planning was good. We had an amazing time. The guide Alex Herrera was simply the best. He adjusted and customized the tour a bit based on our asks. He allowed us to spend enough time at each of the stops and explained everything with proper diligence.

We strolled around Down Town, explored the market and tried all kinds of fruit, took the elevator over the rooftops of Medellin to Arví Park (but you need at least a day to walk around here) and visited Comuna 13

Had a fantastic private tour of Medellin and the guide Joe was such an awesome character. Clearly well connected to the community, knew all the stories of the Cartels and Pablo Escobar and this beautiful city. Clearly a lot of knowledge and first-hand experience. Also very flexible with the itinerary when my flight was delayed and we lost some time together. Only sad because I would've loved the extra two hours! Really great to learn about the stories and the remarkable transformation of Medellin. Definitely recommend for a private tour and driver, felt totally safe the whole time.

Our guide Daniel was very friendly throughout the journey and was soaking us with his knowledge of the area and history not only of the ppr areas where we travel, but also of Colombia in general. He set out to take pictures of us whenever we needed him and slowed the passage according to the areas of the tour where we showed the most interest. Our favorite parts of the tour were undoubtedly the Arvi Park and the Palacio Nacional shopping center (5th floor). Commune 13 and the story surrounding it was quite informative and gives a touch of light amid the darkness in which things can always change. If this is my first time in Medellin, you cannot leave without having experienced this tour.

Great experience. We met the most important thing of the city in 1 day. The Guide solved all our doubts and explained in detail each part of the city.
