This is terrible company! Total irresponsibility and deception!!! A ruined holiday! I paid for a safari tour for 4 days in March. Itinerary and hotels were agreed. The tour is scheduled for the end of July. I was reminded of myself many times before I arrived. But in fact, the manager got confused about arranging my tour late the night I arrived, which was hours before the tour started. As a result, by 11am I am informed that the agreed hotels will not be provided, but there will be tents or sleep in the car!!! And the itinerary changes (visit Lake Natron not on the way to Arusha from the safari parks, which is logical and no time wasted on the road, but one day from Arusha to the lake and back! Nonsense!! It's just a day in the car and that's it! And for that $400...). For me, the principle is the comfort level and if the customer has agreed, confirmed and paid for the hotels as it is so the company decides to send him to sleep in the tent! Such a ruined tour had to be cancelled and returned to Zanzibar, wasting time and money on flights! Don't mess with them!!! I'm sure there are many more responsible tour companies. In the 49 countries visited, 11 of them in Africa, this is the first time I have encountered such atrocity. And if I had time, I would have gone to the police and the courts.

I booked this the Best 3 days Tanzania shared Safari Tarangire Ngorororo Manyara trip however there was probably a mix up or something but the actual trip was 2 days of Serengeti national park and one day of Ngorororo. Although this wasn't the one I actually booked I managed to see all the animals so I wasn't a big of a deal for me. Not sure why this mix-up happened to be honest but everything else was good - food, transport, tents, water, etc. all in all it was good experience for me. One thing to mention I haven't seen any Kilinge Adventures branding anywhere while being in the tour so It was kinda strange.
